I stayed at Guangdong Yingbin Hotel during my business trip to Guangzhou from April 25 to 30, and the experience was absolutely excellent. The hotel is clean, elegant, and well-maintained, with service and amenities that truly meet 5-star standards. My room was spotless, the facilities were top-notch, and room service was prompt and professional. What really made my stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding customer service especially from the Assistant Manager, Kyle. From the moment I arrived, Kyle went above and beyond to assist with everything I needed, whether it was help with my room, answering my questions, or assisting with day-to-day matters since I don’t speak Chinese. His English is great, and his support made a real difference in my trip. After my initial stay, I had a booking at another hotel from April 30 to May 4, but unfortunately, that experience was extremely disappointing. I immediately contacted Kyle, and he quickly helped me secure another room at Guangdong Yingbin Hotel from May 1 to 4, even on very short notice and at a great rate. The location is also excellent, very accessible to major local wholesale markets, and they offer a free shuttle bus to the Canton Fair, which was a huge plus. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Guangzhou, especially for business travelers. Thank you to Kyle and the entire team for making my stay so comfortable!

It would have been great if the hotel had a self-service laundry facility for guests. That would have been very convenient for longer stays. However, this didn’t affect my work or overall experience - everything else was excellent.

We had a great stay of 5 nights at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, very close to the Beijing Road culture and business area. The family room we stayed in was modern (renovated in 2020), very spacious with high ceiling, clean and very quiet. The AC worked great and was really quiet when it was running. Also the restaurant offered many varieties of tasty food for a reasonable price (we didn't include the meals when we booked our hotel stay) Above all, the service at this hotel was the best we've received at any hotels in any country we stayed at. We were warmed welcomed by the staff when we checked in and the luggage was taken to the room by the porter. The cleaner Ms Huang (黃如金) saw there was a couple washed clothes hanging in the bathroom when she did daily cleaning and left a few packets of cleaning liquid for us and a note about this. The restaurant lady 李红翠 talked to the manager and gave us a discount without our request when she found out we'd had breakfast a few times already. After we checked out, we were going to call Didi service at the hotel gate which was 100 meters away from the building where we stayed in (Bihai Lou). The service guy Mr Zhu 朱其彬 was extremely helpful. He told us to call Didi inside the building with AC to avoid the 95F heat outside. When a Didi car came, we found it couldn't hold all our luggage and decided to get an additional one. However since I already had one Didi service running, I was not allowed by the Didi App to call another one before the current one completed its service. Mr Zhu called a Taxi for us. When the Taxi didn't show up in time, he cancelled it and called a Didi from his own account to save us time. I paid him separately. Our whole family were all deeply thankful for his assistance. He deserves an award for the superb, exemplary service!

We were upgraded to a luxurious and massive suite as the deluxe double we booked were all sold out. It's incredibly comfortable n huge. Service was good 👍 the 红棉Chinese restaurant in the hotel served 早茶，well patronized by locals. I like the way they serve Chinese tea, though it's quite expensive at 12 yuan per head. Commendation goes to a particular wait staff Wong 黄 whose service was on point, helpful n courteous. We were given a free egg tart dessert n the whole meal only costs 155yuan, really good value for money. Dim sum was pretty good for the price. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for travelers. It's 15mins walk to Beijing Rd 步行街 where all the action is.

There were some mosquitoes in the room. It's hot n humid outside even in October. But the housekeeping staff resolved it for us quickly.

Spacious rooms, newly renovated and clean. We got the family room for children and they provide children’s amenities and also a playground for children right outside the room. Nice welcome with fruits and water. The staff at the lobby who carry luggage and at the swimming pool are really helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately the female receptionists doesn’t speak English and seemed uninterested in helping us, but with a bit of pointing and translation apps with the male receptionist everything got solved. The hotel is a few minutes walk away from the closest metro, but it’s worth the walk.

Clean, courteous staff, centrally located, metro station and convenience stores are nearby. Special thanks to the General Manager of the hotel Ms Wuxia who went over & beyond to help us in our time of desperation with alipay not working, no cash in hand and communication issue with our taxi driver. We are sad to not have seen you again to thank you in person, your professionalism and grace with how you handled the situation leaves lasting impression and we cant thank you enough. Will definitely recommend this hotel to families with young kids as the hotel offers special rooms furnished with toys and other objects of interest for kids.

We booked this hotel during the Canton Fair. They provide a shuttle to and from the hotel which is great. The hotel is located in walking distance to Beijing Lu as well as other temples and tourist spots. Free coffee and juice and popcorn at the lobby. We brought our kids along since we went to Chimelong during the weekend, and it was such a wonderful surprise when we entered a room and found a tent, books and toys & toiletries for kids. The bathroom even came with a potty for the toilet. The staff were great, very accommodating and kind. TERESA was wonderful, she really helped us with our booking (we were a group of 10), so she did her best to give us rooms in the same building despite the busy season. I would really recommend looking for ger especially if you don’t know any Chinese. KRISTINE was also very accommodating especially with the kids. and FU was also very kind. They helped book Taxis for us too.

A hotel of great historical significance and beautiful design. Family room was well equipped with child friendly gadgets, including play area outside. Room size is generious, clean, toiletries supplied. Staff was helpful. Dim sum (alacarte) resturants provides great varieties and value (before 1030) asides to buffet (which might get a little crowded). 15 mins walk Beijing Road. 5 mins to Mcdonald, Subways, Starbucks etc. Buggy services between two blocks.

We booked the Family Room, and I must say, was one of the most spacious hotel rooms we've ever stayed in. The ladies who looked after the daily room cleaning were very friendly and thorough. They even took our wet laundry out to dry in the sun, and returned it to our room in the evening.

Breakfast was not included in our package, but honestly no complaints. There is Yum Cha available inside the hotel, which starts very early at 8AM. The service was quite slow though. We had to keep asking the waiters/waitresses for an update on our food, and we only ordered one congee and two dim sims.

The hotel was Brilliant. Especially for the price! For a 4 star hotel everything was perfect. It was much better than we expected. All the staff were friendly and accommodating!

Just a small inconvenience was breakfast. As we are Muslim we eat only Halal - 清真 (Qīngzhēn) food, so we didnt choose to eat breakfast. We plan to return in October, we will most likely look for a hotel which could provide halal food.

The room is spacious for 4 of us. It is one of the biggest room that we have stayed. The room lighting is control by voice which my children loves to use it to control the room. We have our luggage open and still able to walk around the room. Also sound prove is excellent. The room is very clean and modern.

The room does not have heater. However we requested a portable heater that the hotel brought one to our room and we are pleased with the service.
