Can Buch is such a special place and built on a truly wonderful story. Set in a slightly remote location up in the hills, it offers a relaxing escape and the opportunity to connect with nature. The facilities were exceptional, especially considering the hotel is off-grid. The staff were all so lovely and kind. They couldn’t do enough for us and were also patient and kind as we practiced our poor Spanish on them.

Nothing, it was all perfect.

What an amazing place. Very rural and relaxing. They also want to incorporate the guests with knowledge about the ecotourism and what it takes. Never the less the place is build and designed so well. The staff is so nice. The seasonal menu's are very tasty.

Nothing negative but you have to get into the vibe, it takes a minute. There is a lovely pool which is basically a well maintained pond with plants and life, but that's the whole idea about it, and when you embrace it, you enjoy fresh water maintained mostly by nature and no need to take the chemicals off you after a swim. Sometimes you smell the sheep, or the chickens, but the thing is they provide your eggs, meat, cheese and so on, so it's a bit "weird" in the beginning but as far as luxury, good food and a smaller footprint with tourism goes, this is the place to be I think.

We thought the buildings and pool were an exceptionally beautiful restoration and addition to an old farmhouse. Our room was comfortable and had a modern ‘country’ aesthetic. The breakfast buffet was beautifully presented with many of the items picked fresh from the Can Buch garden, or was produce from its farm animals, as were the dinner menu items which were superb. Can Buch’s embrace of sustainability and self sufficiency is to be applauded and hopefully adopted widely. It’s set in a stunning backdrop of mountainous terrain and is breathtakingly peaceful.

This is a very nice hotel, the location was a little more remote than expected, but peaceful initially on arrival. The room was spacious with a nice shower and the bed was comfortable. The evening meal was good value for money and particularly liked the Vegan Carrot Cake!

Really liked the hotel and what they are doing here. However for me, promoting peace but then have families with babies and young children stay...the two do not generally go hand in hand. Therefore our overnight stay was not as peaceful as it had the potential to be (unfortunately). Could also do with a little bit more signage on the way in, as a couple of times we nearly turned around thinking we had missed it or were in the wrong place.

Excellent breakfast, exceptional dinner. They truly deliver on their "farm to table" promise. The staff is kind and nice. The natural pool is refreshing, the rooms are comfortable and spacious. We loved the mentality of the whole project. Can't wait to be back!

Everything was perfect!

What I valued during my stay at Can Buch: the setting/location; the fresh, clean air; the quiet and tranquility except for a multitude of birdsongs, frog croaks, bubble bee hums, and sheep baaing; the farm to table meals offered 3 times/ per day (a full breakfast is included in the stay); the hiking trails that begin on the property; and the staff, who had a sense of humor, always congenial, knowledgeable about the area and the trails, and knew how to handle guests' requests ASAP. Best of all the ambiance of Can Buch engenders respectful guests.

I found nothing to dislike.

We arrived at the end of the day, greeted after a long drive by the sight of a beautiful farm house nestled between the mountains. We had booked the large family room, which was perfect for the 5 of us. Plenty of room and comfy beds, plus a large bathroom and balcony. We were able to join for dinner straight away, which was not only delicious but also very reasonable. In the morning we were finally able to take in the stunning surroundings and to enjoy the beautiful breakfast buffet. We were only staying for one night, so the check out at 13.00 was perfect, as it meant we didn't have to rush and could enjoy this special place just that little bit longer. We loved everything about Can Buch and I have to give a big compliment to the staff, who were all extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back!

Nice and relaxing place, due to weather not able to try the pool. Good breakfast with friendly staff. Cosy environment in the middle of the nature.

No fridge in the room, no closet to hang clothes and sound isolation not good (able to hear neighbors that disturbed night rest). Overall, price-quality could be improved.

The most serene and beautiful place to spend a couple of nights. Beautifully designed and the guest experience is very well thought out. The food was exceptional. The location is stunning and is the perfect backdrop for this wonderful place

100% recommended. We had a beautiful experience with our 5 y/o daughter. The installation, great location, relaxing, fantastic dinner and breakfast amazing place to spend a few days in nature walk around and read a book

The Hammam is beautiful but it’s a hot pool with no steam and the access to the upper rooms and back can be slippery during winter . They can also have better coffee.
