What we did like is that hotel Baez Carrizal is safe clean comfortable😊 very good location. Has all the amenities we 👧 had looked forward to. Everything was close by. From shopping at the mall, to burger King to eating at pescador y mariscos. We had a safe pleasant comfortable worry and stress free stay. We couldn't ask for anything more. We didn't have enough time to stay longer. And it's difficult to change US dollars💵 into Mexican🇲🇽 pessos.

I was looking for comfort, space rooms, and restaurante with good internet. Closest to my daily destination.

The internet wasn't as good as expected. I was offered to move to another room with better coverage. Internet was still a bit slow but fair.

The breakfast was better than many other buffet breakfasts we had on our trip. Everything was fresh and tasty. The room was functional and comfortable. The reception and other staff were very friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

I really can't think of anything which could be improved.

Loved the location, the staff were wonderful and the restaurant was excellent! We will definitely stay here again. The property is beautiful and has an charming old world feel to it!

The Airconditioning unit was not ajustable so was too cold alot of the time. Had to keep turning it off and on. The bathroom was very tiny, but nice.

Lovely stay, the hotel was very cute , the decoration in the common areas was lovely and they have a fun little bar, I liked that. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The street in front was very very busy! Just fyi

Great friendly staff who were all fluent in English. I didn't use the main restaurant, other than for breakfast, but the bar has great bar food which was perfect for what I needed. The room was very comfortable and clean.

The water pressure could be better,, the bathroom was small and no fridge.
