Malena, our waitress at breakfast, couldn't have been nicer, friendlier or more charming. She epitomized "service with a smile" and you could feel it was authentic. /. Malena, nuestra mesera al desayuno, fue de la mas simpatica, amigable y encantadora. Fue el mero ejemplo de "servicio con sonrisa" y fue 100% autentica.

1. While most of the staff were extremely friendly, we did however experience a problem at check-in. I stated to the receptioinist that I had already prepaid for the room, but he insisted that I still owed and he ended up charging me again. In the morning we got it all straightened out (my card was refunded for the double charge) but the experience was a bit frustrating. 2. The water in the shower came out as a trickle and was only luke warm. 3. Breakfast was "OK". There was no buffet, and we were only given the choice of eggs (which I have to say were delicious and came accompanied by equally delicious refried beans and chilaquiles). But the small fruit plate came with tasteless unripened melon and papya, and there was no juice. Also, the coffee was very weak.

all the staff was excellent in taking care of anything I asked for. Housekeeping was excellent. The front desk was very courteous and helpful. Restaurant service was good

The room was too small. But, I made a mistake in reserving the executive room. It would have been better for me and my family to have a family room instead of the executive one.

Staff were great, helpful & friendly. Good wifi, big supermarket with 10 minute walk.

Area is a little 'industrial', safe but quite uninspiring! No restaurants or convenience shops nearby.

The room was clean, it has all the facilities we need it. The room was clean and the staff very kind. It included breakfast that was good.

The gym was so basic, but not bad neither.

Value was exceptional. The room was super clean. Staff was nice.

Water in the shower didn't drain very well it took longer to flow and as a result it overflowed out of the shower area. Might have been my room only. I would definitely stay here again though.

The toilet had issues flushing and service during breakfast was slow.

Nice shower, got the place for a big discount through booking so it was worth what we paid for it, also had underground parking which was great

We did wake up with some bites on us and I found a really tiny bug stuck to my stomach. We each only had two bites so I’m not sure what the bug was that I found on me, but that was really the only thing that wasn’t great.
