My room was very comfy. I loved having my own fridge and microwave and bathroom. The room and bathroom were pretty modern looking, and the bed was super comfortable. And the AC was top notch. Great location near the mercado and right across the street from the riverfront. They are remodeling the riverfront, making a gorgeous walkway with plants and benches, so that will be amazing once it is finished!!

The restaurant reopening will be great - it looks cute. The receptionist has to let you in or out (people or cars) which is a little odd. I hope they figure out a key system to come and go, because it seems like too much work for nice guy who seemed to be working all the time.

Single room, self-contained with my own bathroom (I was ill for my stay). Had an onsite restaurant. Had a nice riverside walk / park literally on the other side of the street. Market a block of so away, and Centro not too much further

Some damp has creeped in and unlike most hostels I've stayed in, they charged for water that was only sold in 500ml plastic bottles. It wasn't clear if the cooking facilities could be used as there was a public restaurant operating there from 7.30 to 2 or 3 (I think). As I wasn't eating, not too much of an issue

Nice small room with everything you need. Wifi, tv, microwave, minifridge, hot water. Only a short walk to the main areas in centro right on the river which has a great park and walking path. Also a 13 minute walk to the ADO bus station.

Room was older and had some cosmetic issues and some things that could be fixed but not bad.

Maja Suites is well located at the Malecon where you can have a nice walk along the river and close to Zona Luz, a lovely historic district and not far from the ADO bus terminal. The staff and the owner family provided a great hospitality. I will definitely stay there again when I’m back in Villahermosa.

I just missed mosquito net frames at the windows since I don’t like to us the AC. And unfortunately their restaurant was closed due to renovations.

I stated in a small single room which was cozy. The bed was super comfy, I think a body forming mattress. It was amazing. Air con was great. Hot water , fridge , all good. Edy was attentive and made things comfortable.

I didn’t like the fact that you had to get Edy to unlock the outside door so you could go out. The entrance facing the Malecón was closed due to construction, so you had to enter and exit through the parking lot. When the Malecón opens , I think it will be easier.

It was a last-minute booking for me, and the host was very accommodating. I got what I paid for. About 5-4 blocks from the main street with the shops in the downtown area.

I had a few cockroaches in my room. But nothing major

The staff was helpful and nice. The room i rented was perfect for what i needed. Netflix was a lot of fun to use. The ac unit made things a lot more comfortable on hot days. The room was perfect. Would stay here again.

The couch was a little uncomfortable but not anything to bad.

Very good location. About 12 min walk to ADO bus station and few mins to the main mercado. Beds were comfortable and AC was cold.

The main entrance to the hotel is closed while the boardwalk is under construction. Entrance and Exit is through the parking lot entrance down the back street and you need to ring a bell to get in and out.

I loved everything. Secure parking, clean rooms, smart TV, air con, dog friendly and friendly staff. It was also great value for money for a solo traveler.

I can say that I enjoyed my stay, the hotel staff was kind and helpful. After a long day outside, the rooms with air conditioning help a lot :)

There was a road construction going on in front of the hotel. That’s why the restaurant part is not active. It doesn’t affect your stay but you don’t have a view due to the construction unfortunately.
