Extremely good service. great value for the price.

The location is not very good. The surroundings are not nice as this is the old downtown. But if you have to be in downtown Villahermosa. This is the best option.

Everything! The staff was very kind and attentive, the room was clean and beautiful, the location is perfect as it is downtown. Everything was just marvelous!

Maybe the air conditioning. It made a funny noise and it seemed out of order, fortunately it wasn't very hot so I could manage well without it.

Great location perfect for down town

It's mexico! shops blast music..it's not the hotels fault. But the shop next door was on maximum volume untill 8 then it was switched off.

Only the girl at the reception with glasses was rude (more than twice), everyone else friendly and welcoming

It is located in town centre, close to many places and attractions around.

Even though we checked by phone that we needed a space in a private car park and they confirmed they had it, we arrived midnight and were not allowed to leave the vehicle. Staff was not helpful at all, it seemed they did not care about the situation. Finally, the elevator did not work and two members of my family were trapped for a few minutes.

room was hot; the aircon worked but it was the loudest i have ever witnessed, so useless; had to fix a rattling window with some toilet paper; internet hardly worked, most of the time no connection; no mixer taps; staff is vain but slow and without knowledge about tourist spots in town; restaurant sucks;

They tried to over charge me for breakfast buffet, when i spoke with the manager they refunded my money! I had to get my room card rekeyed every day! I was not treat right by any of the staff, the room was not what i booked and the wifi hardly worked in my room
