Our host excellent , very friendly and helpful with good advice of both the property and what to do and where to go in town. Kitchen staff also very friendly and helpful even though didn't speak English we all got on well!

the only think we didn't like was that the cleaner used too much bleach in the bathroom which was a very very strong smell.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and it was a very comfortable bed. Good breakfast out on the patio. Angelo and his team were very accomodating and friendly. Having Sky in the room was also a really useful for evenings in. Minerbio is an excellent little town with places to eat, which we used as a base for day trips to Bologna, Ferrara and Modena.

We couldn't get the WiFi to work on two devices. Angelo, the owner, was away so was not able to resolve that. And as a result the restaurant was closed and it felt a bit ghostly. There is a lack of soundproofing between rooms only became evident on our last night

The hotel felt like home, and Angelo is an exceptional host. I booked another stay the following week. Could not recommend well enough

Very clean and food in the evening was delicious. Everything was homemade and very fresh. Highly recommended. Nice and quiet also good for kids with the space in the garden. Thank you

great stay would stay again without hesitation ... only downside was breakfast was very minimal, but coffee made up for it

nothing, just one feedback: we paid 10 euro for the baby cot which quite unusual in all our stops across uk, France and Italy

The host was friendly, AC great, clean and check in was seamless.
