The Hotel has recently had a full and very well done renovation. Rooms and Public areas were finished and fitted to a very high standard. Reception, Restaurant and Bar Staff were all Professional and helpful. Restaurant evening meal was excellent. Didn't have breakfast as we were leaving too early to take advantage. Reception also very kindly stored one suitcase for us, whilst we did a 2 night trip to Rome. Ignore Google Street view, we stayed twice, either side of a couple of nights in Rome and would happily stay again. Fantastic value for money and Highly Recommended.

Friendly staff, got upgraded to a bigger room for free. The rooms were great, comfy beds, large bathroom, the breakfast was also splendid. Lots of room for parking.

When booking and researching options for transport to the city, the bus route seemed fine. We were willing to go by bus to avoid the hassle of parking in the center and avoiding the ZTL, but the bus goes once or twice hourly and takes ages (45min to 1h) to reach the city center even in the tourist off season and in between rush hours. The hotel itself is perfectly fine, but if you're planing on using it as a base for visiting Bologna, think of a better way to reach the city center.

Even outside you can think that this is dated hotel in fact this is brand new fabulous hotel. Room 006 (and I guess all other rooms) is brand new, spotless. Bed are big and very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, from standard eggs, wurst, cold cots, 10 different jam, yogurts etc till fresh waffles. Free parking, always there is space.

Maybe only to maintain better outside area, just to be everything perfect.

Hotel and Staff were very helpful. We were treated very well by most of the staff. Loredana worked extremely hard to meet our needs. Traveling all over Europe and the Middle East on business. Honestly no one has ever tried as hard as she did to work with us to coordinate drivers and a tour of Maranello meaning Ferrari. She is capable of much bigger things. Best Regards Steve Manion

The dinner we had Saturday night was awful we ordered Ceaser Salad it was a bunch of garbage thrown together none of the ingredients belonged in a Ceaser by a chef that propably should be washing dishes.

The hotel was new and modern, room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel restaurant was ver good! Great food and service!

The room key didn’t work properly, had to go te ice down to the reception to fix it. Whilst in shower noticed that shower gel and shampoo containers were empty... the telephone in room was disconnected in order to call the housekeeping or reception, so disappointed a bit in that way!😒

Our reason for staying was the Cosmoprof exhibition. The hotel is only 10 minutes away from the Bologna Fiere, located in a very calm and peaceful area outside the city center, away from the noise and crowd. We were waking up with the bird singing sounds :) Especially after the busy meetings at the fair all day long, the tranquillity this hotel provides is very important. Erica M. at the reception made our stay even better. She was very polite, kind, and problem-solving all the time. We had some problems with the reservation, but she handled them very well and was at our disposal all the time we needed something. Thank you, Erica! The breakfast was very good in variety and quality, but the attendants were a little slow in refilling the food.

The drain of the sink in our bathroom was clogged throughout all our stay, it caused a lot of inconvenience. The housekeepers just cleaned the surface of the sink every time, not the clog.

The staff were immensely helpful with everything we asked them for. Breakfast was stellar, and the room itself was the peak Hilton experience. An absolute 11/10.

You can't really depend on public transport to get back to the property at night, as the last bus that goes near it stops commuting sometime around 21h. But on the bright side, a cab ride from the city center to the property costs no more than 15-20€, so you'll be able to get by just fine.

Stopped here for 1 x night on route to another destination after a late flight into Bologna. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Everything you need from a hotel for a quick stop over. Didn't have breakfast at the hotel in the end but it did look good from what we saw! Easy bus route into the center of Bologna from right outside the hotel.

For being advertised as an airport hotel, it is a bit of a pain to get to. We had to get a taxi as it's not walking distance and no other means of transport late at night. Taxi wait was fairly long and cost around 15 euro.

Freshly renovated, suite with 2 rooms really big, staff welcoming and friendly, very nice breakfast choice.

It was way too hot in the room, around 26 degrees, heating system was clearly defect. Despite notifying it at the reception, I regret that no solution was found. So I had to turn off the heating from the switchboard myself and open all the windows to get a comfortable room temperature. Menu from restaurant was attractive, but nothing really adapted for kids. So we didn't give a try.

Spacious, refurbished and quiet hotel with lots of parking space. Good breakfast Friendly staff

Dinner menu is limited, and in my case the dessert was a real disappointment, I ordered a Tiramisu and it was nothing what I expected. I took 1 bite and had to return it. Most travelers want simple dishes but good quality . The maitre was fair enough to not charge it. Although the name says garden inn, the hotel lacks an outdoor area with some seats.
