I liked the room. It is very quiet and no noise. It is a very nice place for business trips. The staff are very helpful. The room is very clean and it contains all things that one needs. Especially for cooking ;)

The location is a bit far from the main city. One needs to take a taxi which would need around 20 to 25 min to reach the center of the city

The location is functional for business travelers using taxi service or personal car: 20 minutes walk to nearest public transport. Food can be had only by delivery to the apartment, nearest pizza is two kilometres afar: the kitchen is useless for short stays because no nearby food supply can be had..

Location is close to the Unipol Arena and one can walk there and arrive in about 10 minutes. There is a small kitchenette that provides you with certain options for cooking.

The space is small for two people and the pictures made the apartment seem larger than it is.

Modernity of the room

Room was very clean, it was a road trip sleep hotel im an i dustrial zone however our sleep was cut short due to some prescheduled automatic skyliner opening up in the morning at 7am and opening up as well with quite scary sound! Wld stay again? Nope!!

Clean and new apartment prepared with everythings such as private room, WiFi, kitchen counter with basic tools.

Bad location and far from center with hard transportation coverage. Good only for who has a car. Also near to the high road and cars did not stop until 2:00 AM.

it was clean enough and roomy. Even though we did not use it, there was a kitchenette. AC worked well, there were 2 tv. A 15 minutes walk to catch a train to Bologna central station.

it is located in the industrial zone of Bologna. No bars and no restaurants close by, need to walk at least 15 minute. if u had business there then it would be ok but not if u are there on vacation.

Super close to the venue which was what we needed. Inside it’s super clean and Sara the lady at the front desk was super available and kind to us. Thanks Sara! No place to get water anywhere nearby (walking distance), and the coffee machine that’s in the picture is not there. Picture must be old.

There is not a place to get water nearby. The photo where there’s a vending machine must be so old since the vending machine was not there. The hotel sheets are super synthetic!
