Breakfast was included. I do not indulge in much eating, but from what I observed, it was absolutely adequate, whether you prefer a French/Italian or a German/British-style breakfast. The coffee was very good—both from the excellent coffee machine and the bar. They would even ask if you would like your coffee prepared at the bar. The hotel is close to the airport, but naturally, you need a short taxi ride to get there. It is also just a short walk from the train station—three stops, and you arrive at one of Bologna's two main train stations. Nearby, there is a scenic hill overlooking Casalecchio di Reno, perfect for spending time alone or with family. Ideal for hiking, jogging, or picnicking.

Generally, the rooms are well soundproofed. I did not hear any noise from neighbouring rooms. However, on Friday night it got quite busy, and some people on our floor were slamming doors rather hard. Kids and young people tend to do that quite often these days. At one point, it became quite a nuisance, but it soon subsided, and the calm was quickly restored.

Nice building, helpful, friendly staff, clean, well equipped room, comfortable bed, good breakfast, free parking. Good air conditioning. Easy access to local shops and to central Bologna by train. Only a few minutes drive from the airport. Easy access to motorways for day trips to Florence, Lucca etc.

Our room was a bit small and an awkward shape, and I kept banging my shoulder on the television as I squeezed past it. Couldn't find any English language television channels, and the tv didn't work with casting video from my phone.

Not very attentive staff concerning help with parking: when you come in the hotel at 4.0. a.m. and spend 20 minutes just to leave your car it’s too much as you have just some hours for sleeping at the same time when reception is absolutely empty however the person at reception don’t control were or not we’re opened the gaps of parking. So you should leave car and go to reception the second time ask to open the hotel parking. In the bathroom: for me was uncomfortable to use warm water as it was or too hot or too cold. It’s better to regulate this aspect in future that will be more graduation between hot and cold water when you use a bath.

Good location very close to the train station of Casalecchio. Very comfortable and spacious room for two with all amenities. Products in the shower were superb. The beds are extra comfortable so I could take good rest after attending Olivia Rodrigo’s concert. Taxis are available on request and the Unipol arena and shopping area are only 15 minutes drive away. The fridge was well furnished. Unfortunately we had to leave early and couldn’t try breakfast.

There are no buses available from Unipol arena to casalecchio so we had to walk back from the concert for forty minutes on a desert route

The location is great, even it's not in the center of Bologna but near to the bus and train station. Restaurant down stair of the hotel is very good. Trees on the yard and carpark give peaceful mind. The community around the hotel is very friendly. Staffs are gentle and helpful. Bars, bakeries, ice-cream shops, pharmacy and supermarket and a beautiful park are in the walking distance.

You may consider to change the carpets on the corridors and inside the room. It's not critical for quality but better carpet would make the room and corridor brighter.

Excellent hotel. I traveled with my (large) dog and we were made to feel very welcome. Location is perfect with the car, not having to drive into a city center, close to the highway. Plenty of parking in front and next to the hotel. Garden with fountain in front. My room was spacious and clean (I had the simplest one and this was already very good), bathroom not too big but perfect equipped and with nice toiletries. Wifi good and easy accessible. I had a pasta in the restaurant, the restaurant manager was top notch; my dog was 'of course!' also welcome, he brought a big bowl of water and he and all his staff were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast very good, lots of choice, I left for the rest of my trip rested and happy. A bonus was the park almost next to the hotel with a small fenced dog park in it. Overall absolutely recommended, especially for people travelling with a dog.

The reception staff didn't match the service level of the restaurant manager and staff. Although they were definitely adequate and polite, the welcoming feeling I had at the restaurant wasn't quite matched at the reception desk.

Great calm suburb of Bologna. Staff very nice and making sure our bikes were save during the night. Nicely renovated facilities. Great breakfast.

They did not start the air conditioning system yet, so the room was hot. We had to sleep with open windows. We slept ok anyway. There was one guest who was holding her dog in her arms while collecting food at breakfast bar. Hotel should have strickter regulations for hygiene.

The location is very peaceful and relaxing and the hotel was clean and cozy. The staff was extremely polite and friendly. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. If you're considering visiting Bologna, I definitely recommend you to choose to stay at this hotel.

The outdoor parking wasn't supervised in any way, but still we didn't have any problems, even though we don't have italian licence plates.

Calm oasis with its own small park just outside Bologna; but with easy access by rail to Bologna (20 minutes) and other destinations. Great restaurant on site or a friendly small restaurant 150m away if the budget prefers it. Domestic cleaning staff impeccable.

Air con not available in room in April. A little disappointing in hot weather at the end of April.

This nice hotel is located outside Bologna historic area but closer to the airport. Value for money is very good. With very friendly staff, free parking and modern facilities it is a great recommendation if you are travelling for a few days or for an overnight stay near the airport (less than 15 minutes drive on a Saturday morning). It features a very nice restaurant with great regional food and wines with reasonable prices
