Breakfast was good, great selection. Good coffee, great selection of tea. Ham, cheese, eggs in several ways, olives. Clean room, clean bathroom. Enough parking places.

Our room key card stopped working due to some circumstances but reception fixed it immediately. Position is good, just shopping in nearby shops is affected by rails. Walking complicated. Nothin else was wrong. Just possitive.

Lovely hotel with great facilities and spacious accessible rooms. The pool is beautiful. The food we had was delicious and breakfast too, lots of choices! The best thing about the hotel is definitely the staff. Danielle and Rita specially were super kind and gave us great tips and recommendations.

Simply said: nice hotel with a family touch. Restaurant was good and had a nice menu. Close to a smaller shopping mall, under 5 min drive. Nice for a quick walk after a day of visits to customers in the region. Price/quality very good. Got a room with small balcony, which is nice for a relaxing cup of tea at night (summer time)... Just add an ashtray for the smokers ;-)

Timely response. Free snacks. Proximity to Aldi. Rich breakfast. Kind staff.

1 bug and 1 mosquito occurred in the tub, after I checked cleanness and filled it. Still not sure how did they enter from below. The bath soap bottle was sealed and cannot be opened, as it was glued on the wall. One of the two towel hangers disappeared.

Rooms are nice, clean and quite large and with balcony. Breakfast is decent . Bar is very good and lot of choices. Staff is humble and friendly.

Restaurant menu need to be improved. Keep some few vegitarian dishes. Keep menu in English too

lovely position near the train station to Bologna. overall very nice stay. unfortunately couldn´t use all the SPA facilities to rest a bit because I had no time. will certainly do this next time!

Breakfast was fantastic, also everything we ordered from the bar was of very good quality

They asked me to wear a swimming hat, which I bought, but everyone else was swimming without so I felt a bit fooled about that

it’s stylish, clean, staff are delightful, very comfortable and modern.

Italy has a very strict meal hours, they should offer room service/ restaurant opening hours/ vending machines. Since, not all guests are Italians, and have different needs, and arrival time. It’s not located in a pedestrian friendly location, no sidewalks or illuminated in the evening.

considering that I came for a short time - for the Greta van fleet concert, the most important thing was the location, clean room and excellent breakfast

the afternoon after my arrival I was hungry and there was no open restaurant or other option for food

The room and hotel are good. The interior is nice! Restaurant and bar was good. I had a balcony which is perfect as you are a smoker! That is in Zola not normal.

It was loud…somehow you hear all from the other rooms.
