Located in a quiet area surrounded by hills, close to Bologna. We spent only one night there. We received messages with instructions on how to check in and where to find the keys. During our stay, we didn’t meet any staff; check-out was also very simple. An outdoor pool is available, but we didn’t have time to try it.

We booked an apartment with two bedrooms, but it had also been reserved for others, so in the end, we were given two separate rooms. One room had only a wine cooler instead of a regular fridge, and the other room didn’t have a fridge at all.

A charming country-style house located just 15-20 minutes by car from Bologna Airport. The spacious room features a large, well-appointed bathroom (No. 1) and a very comfortable bed. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and a shared fridge. Common areas are cleaned every morning, ensuring a tidy and pleasant stay. The property offers ample parking and is set in a quiet, peaceful, and green environment. In our opinion, it's an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area. The service was exceptional, and we thoroughly enjoyed our one-night stay—looking forward to returning!

The property is fine and very very good for the money I spent. Breakfast was very good being included in the price. The grounds are great but about that later.

Location if fine really BUT the problem is when arriving late evening as I did, the signing and instructions were not good. This was not only my experience at least another two guests said the same thing and they arrived in the morning in full light. I followed the sign rooms with breakfast and got to two gates and pins did not work or else I was too tired to figure out. Since the houses look similar, they should simply be numbered with the clear numbers as you arrive. There was no way I could figure out that the house I needed was behind this massive hedge in the distance.

The rooms are very cozy, spacious and well equipped with tv, fridge and AC. Property is surrounded by nature, nice view and has a nice village around (driving around 10 min)

Toilet shower leaking and they are aware of it as many previously bad reviews. Few light bulbs are burnt in the rooms. Breakfast it is a plus, but not many varieties of savoury, mainly sweets and pastries. Good quality but it is more for snack in the morning.

We were 2 couples. 1 couple in La Quercia and one in depandansa La Quercia. We were in spacious and very nice double room under the roof with lots of windows and clean bathrom. If you have problems to find the house or any other thing just write to Vicky and she answer to you imidiately. Good salted and sweet breakfast. Acces with motorbike or car directly to the house.Everything was super.

I had a very pleasant weekend at La Quercia Bolognarooms in Sasso Marconi and i was extremely satisfied with my experience. The property is welcoming and well-maintained, with spacious, clean rooms that offer all the necessary comforts for a relaxing stay. The location is great, just a few minutes from the center of Sasso Marconi and a short drive from Bologna, making it ideal for those seeking peace and quiet while still being close to the city.

I stayed at La Quercia durign a short trip to Bologna and everything went smoothly. The room was clean, comfortable. The self check in procedure was easy to follow and very convenient, especially since i arrived later in the evening. The location is quiet and surrounded by greenery,yet still only a short drive from bologna (rent a car!). Parking available on site.

We very much enjoyed staying at La Quercia. It was comfortable, spacious and quiet. We liked having an area outside to sit and the facilities were well-cared for. The breakfast was amazing and we looked forward to that each day we stayed there. La Quercia is a great option if you want to stay outside the city. We would stay here again if we return to Bologna.

It took a little while to work out how to use the gates and keys, but once this was resolved we had no problems.

The staff are very professional, reply on any requests in seconds. The location is very quiet and located near highway. The rooms are big. The breakfast was just perfect. Free parking.

Online check in did not work for us, but in my opinion the reason is low internet speed on our side. However Guys gave us very details instructions, so all good. :)
