All was OK. Parking was easy and interesting in the cave. I have not put very big marks only because it was a short late night stop after a flight. The staff was very helpful in waiting for us so late and enquiring if all was well while getting there. But during such a short stay we could not really test all the facilities of the place therefore I put a cap to the marks. All seemed good, though. Breakfast was good, though filling out the form with our orders in advance and then sticking to it was a bit unusual for us.

The heating system in my room start making the sound of a jumbo jet in the middle of the night and I couldn’t figure out how to stop this irritating noise. It didn’t stop even after I completely switched off the heating system. So it wasn’t the best night of sleep……

Fantastic! Brand new, modern, and absolutely beautiful apartment. Above and beyond expectations. I loved that it had two levels. The kitchen and the living room plus one bedroom were on the upper level and downstairs were the second bedroom and bathroom- with Jacuzzi( !) and washer machine. Both were greatly appreciated! In addition, there was a private outdoor space/ patio to enjoy plus a car parking space.

Nothing to complain about. I loved everything. But if anything, it is a small town with little to do if you have no car to drive. Although, Bologne is right around the corner with everything it offers.

We had the apartment which is in a different location than the hotel (3 min drive) in a quiet location close to some shops and restaurants. The apartment is very nice, modern, clean and well equipped (kitchen included), has big rooms and two bathrooms (one of them really huge with a jacuzzi and a big screen in front of it). We received a good discount for having dinner in the hotel restaurant where we had very tasty Italian dishes with a great service.

Since we stayed at the apartment and not at the main hotel, the breakfast was not at the hotel, but at a coffee place close to the apartment (although the hotel was easily accessible by car) and it was the classic Italian "colazione", so no eggs or cold meats, only pastries, pizza, small sandwiches. Also, the coffee place is a bit crowded in the morning, so you have to wait in line to order (no self-service) and also there is no clear menu to choose from. I think the hotel should ask the guests where they would prefer to have breakfast (I would have chosen to have breakfast at the hotel where it should have been more peaceful and where the views were very nice). The ladies at the counter were very nice though.

This was for us a one night stop on our way to a rented house in Italy. But what a pleasent stop. The welcoming, the room, the atmosphere Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic!!! Not only great value for money, but also a great and warm experience overall. The little personal welcoming note on the bed says it all. This is how it is done, if you care for what you do, which is obviously the case here. Thank you.

The location was just off the road we were on and after an awful time stuck in traffic was a perfect find Beautiful property and grounds , attention to detail , even down to a pair of hair straighteners in the bathroom ! Lovely drinks choices in the bedroom too . Food was really lovely in the restaurant and reasonable

Lovely family run hotel and restaurant. Breakfast was portioned (I asked for a mushroom omelette and it was literally a one egg omelette), you were required to fill out the form the night before, compared to breakfasts in other establishments it was poor. Plenty of parking.

Location, probably our fault as we had not realised how far from Bolonga it was plus up a windy hill.

Excellent hotel/apartment and central location! New and refreshed design, very comfortable beds and great facilities with a bonus of a Jacuzzi and sauna! We had a great stay in there, really enjoyed the town and the lovely community. Really close to a train station which is a great bonus to commute without a car to Bologna. Greatly recommended!

Nothing, everything was exceptional!

The accommodation was great! The room was very clean and modern with a comfortable bed! Also the gardens are absolutely lovely, very well maintained with beautiful flowers and amazing views!! The staff was very friendly and helpful and they also upgraded our room to a suite with sauna! The breakfast and the setup for breakfast was excellent!! The parking is very good and secure. If you are there you have to also try their restaurant - the food is excellent!! We wish we could've stayed more! When we will be in the area again we will stay here for sure!! Thank you!!

Great quiet location but a bit off the Via Degli Dei that we were doing. Great staff, wanted to ensure everything was right for us. Restaurant really good and just downstairs. Room really well equipped, even had straighteners!

Had to order breakfast the night before which I understand but don't always know how hungry i'll be.
