We got a warm welcome from staff. This was our second stay - the first was during floods in Bologna in October 2024. On both occasions the welcome was warm and friendly. The restaurant is excellent with a good range of choices. The grounds are extensive and provide an opportunity for exercise.

Breakfast not as good on this occasion as on the first visit, probably because more guests and no time to prepare individual meals as before. Still good value for money and a wide choice of options.

The receptionist, Selena, was so welcoming and made sure that we were entirely comfortable before she left for the evening. She could not have been more helpful in the morning as well. The rooms were large and very comfortable. The terrace for breakfast was comfortable with bucolic views. The breakfast itself was delicious. It was a pity that we were so rushed as we would have liked to sit and enjoy it at a more leisurely pace.

We may have arrived late in the evening but found that there was no meal available. This may be the situation at all times, but I hadn't checked on site before we arrived. We didn't die because we didn't eat a meal. The towels were not very soft was our only small complaint.i

A beautiful location in the country. The Agriturismo is finished to a high standard and is well maintained. Breakfast was excellent. We arrived during a flood event affecting Bologna and surrounding towns. The owners made us feel at home and went above band beyond to make us feel safe and cared for.

Nothing. This is a special Agriturismo in beautiful countryside. The hosts are focussed on guest satisfaction.

Loved everything! The the area where ben ti voglio is located is surrounded by a wonderful nature. The room was clean and very comfortable. the breakfast had the purest and freshest goodies from local farms and handmade treats. Selene and the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful in everything we asked for. we were lucky to stay on a weekend when the restaurant is also open. We ate excellently and I highly recommend it.

I wish it had screens on the windows of the room so we could enjoy the mountain air without the bugs and mosquitoes coming in

We liked the view on surrounding countryside and the outside sitting area. Breakfast was nice, bathrooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. We got fresh bottled water to drink repeatedly and there was a refrigerator in the room. The receptionist was very welcoming and willing to help us with arranging all sort of things (like pizza delivery for dinner or booking tables in a restaurant downtown). For those who will be there without a car (like we did) and who want to go hiking, I have a secret tip: There is a gate in the back (western) part of the grounds (to Via Torriane) so you do not have to start and finish all your hikes to/from Rastignano direction, you can for example come back from Paderno direction like we did.

The wifi signal and cell phone signal are quite week in some rooms.

Everything…..it was quiet and peaceful; breakfast was magnificent; the hosts Flavia and Daniel were really lovely and friendly and helped my Italian tremendously. The pool was a bonus and we were lucky to be there when Flavia cooked for locals…a brilliant tasting menu.

There was nothing

Breakfast was OK, More Italian style, that means lots of sweet cakes, The host prepare us some things adapted to our taste. and it was grate. Celina, the host, is lovely. I'll recommend to take a more spacious room than the 20 m2. There is no place to sit down there. Take the 25m2 room. Anyway, the place is clean, modern, good air conditioning, all new and with lots of good design details. It's really a good place for a couple.

Lovely site with easy access to buses into Bologna or trains for travel further afield. Very nice room with good bathroom and attractive ornaments.

What was missing was good restaurant facilities (dinners only available on Friday and Saturday) and no bar facilities for a beer or even coffee which was disappointing.

A very lovely place not far from the city but at the same time in the middle of nowhere. It was so beautiful! We had lovely weather so the sunsets in these hills were beautiful. The host Selena was very kind and helpful, the breakfast is not what we are used to (there were lots of sweets) but they provided everything needed upon request. All in all a good experience - I would recommend the accommodation and Bologna itself. One of my favourite trips lately.

I found it a bit stressful when nobody was responding to my messages and I couldn't reach them on the phone. Miss Selena explained they are having some telephone trouble because of roadworks below the hills since some lines were cut. Just so you know. They ARE there and you don't have to look for new accommodation. 😅

Our staying was the best experience, we have had in the last 10 days in Italy. The manager was so friendly and full of empathy because of the attack: our car was brocken into und our suitcases were stolen in Modena. She was so helpful in all things, we have to do. The rooms are well situated and comfortable. The breakfast was rich and continental-italian: the cakes a dream. The Agritourismo is well situated and calm and all is new.
