- Location - Host - Pillows - Facilities *The room is located in walking distance from main plaza. The region is calm with near bus station, you can also find bars, restaurants or coffee shops. The room has all needed facilities (hair dryer, towels, extra blanket, fully equipped kitchen for breakfast needs). Breakfast consists of coffee & tea, toasted bread, butter, nutella, milk and juice. The only disadvantage for our needs was that there is no elevator (but it is on the first floor and Alessandro as a kind host helped us to carry on) & no space to place the suitcases (we had a lot :/ ).

There was no partition in the bathroom and showering was uncomfortable. You had to wipe the floor to avoid falling. The toilet is close to the sink, very cramped. Smell of dampness. No lift, guests with large and heavy suitcases would not be very comfortable. We had cups and tea in our room, but there was no kettle, we could not have tea with the products we bought. The price just seemed a bit steep for such a room

The place is really close to the bus station, super easy to find. On top of this when arriving in the room it was so welcoming. It had free cereals, milk, coffee, breakfast items and air conditioning. Arriving on a time where it was super scorching outside it was nice to have a place with good air conditioning. If I ever visit Bologna again, I WILL come back to this place. Bonus: there is a SUPER delicious restaurant nearby (literally around the corner, 2 minute walk) with the BEST pasta I ever had. Definitely great experience.

Nothing negative to say because this place exceeded my expectations. The host was super friendly, many free amenities, couldn't ask for more honestly.

I stayed here for 3 nights, Thursday-Sunday. It was a good choice, I chose it for the location. Close to the Quadrilater but still in a quiet area. I don't know what it's like in the summer, but it was quiet in November. Alessandro prepared a little surprise for us in the room. No smoking inside, but still there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Maybe from the clothes of the people before us. When I return to Bologna, I will opt for this accommodation again.

A lovely little apartment not far from the city center – really cozy and clean. The host was super kind and let us store our bags before check-in, which we really appreciated. It’s a quiet spot but still close enough to easily get to everything. Highly recommend staying here!

It is very well located close to the city center and in a silent street. We had coffee, tea, a bottle of water and milk complimentary which was lovely to find. The host gave clear instructions for self check-in and was fast to respond to questions.

Comfortable room within the walls of the Bologna. the bed was spacious and super comfortable. Wifi worked very well for us - we had to work a bit during our stay. The location is very good! in 10/15 minutes walk you are in the heart of Bologna. Alessandro was a great host! very helpful and dynamic, making the process of check in and check out very smooth.

The host was really nice and responsive. The room was clean and it is a real plus that it has a heating system if you consider travelling in winter (we went in January). Goog value for money. The distance to the main places in the city is very decent for walking. Located in a good/clean/safe area.

We loved our stopover here , it was perfect , very comfortable, with a few special touches . Great location. We loved its proximity to a place where we could park our van safety and cheaply , while we had a night away from it

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it was a really good experience. The location is superb, making it convenient to explore the area walking. What truly stood out was the self-check-in process, allowing me to arrive at any time without any hassle.
