The staff were exceptional- could not fault them- super friendly and efficient. I ordered drinks, they helped me take them to our rooms. We ate dinner there- we ate in the dining hall at the back of the building - food was excellent (had pizza, pasta and a meat platter, which the three of us shared. Had breakfast in the breakfast room - was good.

Beds were too hard for me- really hard. This was not the fault of the hotel, but there was a party going on outside and it went on until midnight. We were getting up early to do our stage 2 of the Via Degli Die so it was annoying. Apart from this the hotel exceeded my expectations- I normally don't stay in this type of hotel but had little options in the area- I wasn't expecting much but it turned out to be really nice!

Staying for a layover after first leg of Via Degli Dei, the room had everything we needed. The shower was great. Comfortable bed. Central to Sasso Marconi. Great restaurant and bars down the road. Friendly staff, and basic but decent breakfast. NB: for those doing VDD, it's relatively easy to get back to the track but it adds an hour onto your journey so we advise to adjust your walking plan accordingly.

They kept hold of our passports instead of taking a photocopy, which is always a bit disconcerting (but I understand it happens in various places).

Communication with staff was amazing all time. We arrived late at night and they were there to support us :) Quality price is more than excellent and location very quite a few minutes by car from Bolonia. Room is big, WIFI is OK, a powerful conditioning air and fridge, perfect for summer :) Breakfast it's included and it's really good! Again, thanks to all staff for making us feel at home.

Unfortunately we only spent there one night and couldn't eat at restaurant! next time for sure :) Grazie!

I liked the nice hosts and the cozy atmosphere. We also had dinner there, which was very good after a long hike we enjoyed the simple and Italian hospitality.

It was a bit noisy but did not disturb us tooo much.

The bedroom was large, clean and the staff and host were friendly. The public transport in bus and train to get to and from center. Supermarket, small shops and take aways locally.

If unaware as I was the distance from Bologna after getting off flixbus from Rome, already long distance, took taxi who took extra 18 euros on top of reading he should have charged me, but I said nothing as alone, when I relaised I could have got train or bus for far less, but should be advertised on website not sure if parking space if you drove your own or hired car. But should be advertised or when host makes contact with potential guest, I fell it would be good, if buses and trains are also given.

Incredibley friendly staff, clean spacious room, great resting point after our first stint of the Via Degli Dei. I’m vegetarian and my partner is vegan and the staff went out of their way to provide a great breakfast for us. We also had our dinner here on the night of our stay and the food was wonderful!

The staff were really kind, the hotel is in a residential area so you have all this to take in you could say the room was basic but so very clean and a good with bidet. The great thing was the restaurant with fantastic typical Italian that was full of locals

A budget-friendly and clean accommodation near Unipol Arena, ideal for attending events. The owners were kind and helpful. The place was really quiet and peaceful.

The room was a bit old, albeit clean. However, it had a peculiar smell that couldn't be eliminated even by opening the windows.

Really nice staff, did a vegan pizza for us for dinner which was good. Bed and bathroom were a really nice size.

Excellently, centrally located, this well-priced hotel is neat and friendly, with plain but clean and comfortable rooms and quite a decent-sized bathroom. Additionally the hotel has an excellent restaurant and pizzeria downstairs. Breakfasts are as you'd expect in Italy, excellent coffee, fruit juice and an assortment of small pastries.

There's nothing about the hotel itself or the friendly staff that I didn't like.
