The location is unbeatable - you are 20 metres from Due Torri and you can see them from your window. A few steps to many trattorias, pizzerias and cafes. There is also a COOP grocery store within 50 metres distance. Rooms are not huge but absolutely sufficient, well appointed and the kitchen is very useful.

This is not a bug - it's a feature. As you are in the very heart of the city, you are in a zone with limited car traffic. We could not catch a taxi to the airport on Saturday morning - on the weekends, taxis simply cannot enter the area. You have to walk a few hundred metres with your luggage to the end of the Ugo Bassi street. It's a price for a walkable city. Same goes for Uber, of course. Vehicular traffic on the weekends may not work for you.

- Great location. In the centre of the historic district and within walking distance to everything you need. - Spacious and comfortable. - Comfortable bed. - Good A/C in living space and bedroom but the windows also open if you don't need the A/C going. - Good size bathroom.

- You can get some street noise from outside at night as there are bars and late night restaurants close by.. Ear plugs could be useful if you're a light sleeper. Also, the Two Towers are right beside the apartment and are undergoing construction so you may be able to hear that in the morning. - Shower could be a little wider so you aren't always elbowing the window. - The lift is quite small. We were OK as we were a couple with two small bags, but that's all you could fit in it. We saw a couple of families with strollers and multiple kids having to go up in separate groups.

The location is out of this world. Absolutely central for a visit to the old town. The place is clean, has everything you need for a short stay. The electronics all work well, shower is powerful. Hosting company is great and replies quickly on anything we needed to ask them. Would recommend and would come back!

It is loud in the middle of the night. Ignoring the drink tourists that might be making a fuss middle of the night, construction going on at 2-3am doesn't give you great sleep. Bring earplugs! Apart from that the place is custom designed for short term stays - the coffee table is pretty but not functional, no basics in the kitchen e.g. salt pepper oil (not necessary but would have been a nice touch), shower design is flawed and water gets everywhere which isn't going to be sustainable for the building mid term I suspect.

In short we loved everything. So clean, great bathroom and great shower w hot, hot water! Beds were comfy and plenty of space in bedroom and living area. TV worked well, furniture in living room was so comfortable ( a reset find!) This property well exceeded our expectations and then some! Great location too!

WiFi wasn’t strong and the last night we were there students roamed the streets dinging and seeming shouting duppirt got their team! (We couldn’t understand but that’s all we could guess as it hsdnt been loud the previous two nights.) But owners aren’t responsible for the inconsiderate kids at 2am.

Clean and spacious apartment. Cooking facilities were good. Clean utensils were provided together with microwave and washing liquid. Easy disposal of garbage. Great location, walking distance to all the sights and loads of restaurants nearby. Coop supermarket just 3mins walk.

There weren't staff available at the residence and communication was via WhatsApp and not regular. We got lost getting to the apartment and tried calling the residence management number but no one picked up. Luckily a restaurant owner could guide us.

Unbeatable location, absolute centre of Bologna. ( you could almost touch the Two towers from our room) Walking distance to hundreds of restaurants/bars/shops etc The apartment was spacious and clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed (including washing machine/drier) for a 4 day stay. Communication with the host was good.

Despite detailed instructions, it was a bit tricky to navigate access to the apartment when we arrived. Once sorted, it was fine.

Location was excellent; near sites, restaurants, and museums, and walking distance to train station. Rooms were spacious and clean with a nice layout. Great security. Comfortable and attractive furnishings. Great to have a cafe and a bookstore on the first floor.

Heat was unpredicable, and controls of the heat did not seem to work. Occasional noise from exterior corridors which was particularly disturbing late in the evening.

Location excellent. Apartment had good space and clean.

The pillows were uncomfortable for me, too hard or too soft. For 9 nights, we had to shop for more coffee and toilet paper. We were supplied with only one bath and one hand towel for each person and only 2 rolls of toilet paper. We did get clean towels mid-stay. Wish there were more channels available on TV.

Everything as it was described and even better! Felt absolute safe while we were in the absolute heart of the city! Very clean and well equipped! We had everything around us..bars restaurants in a walking distance of 2 minutes...but in the evening was very quiet because it's in the back side of the building.. We had the appartment with the terrace and 2 bathrooms for 5 people. Can't recommend it enough. Also very detailed directions for the check in. 👌👌👌

Location - Perfect. Access - Security systems (necessary for such a good Central location) work well. Always best to use the Via Rizzoli gate at night. The other one doesn't have a keypad, or if it did, I couldn't find it. Cleanliness - excellent (and I'm pretty fussy) Noise - I'm a light sleeper and it wasn't a problem. Sound insulation works well. Facilities - everything you want is there. A couple of recommendations - Meat/cheese platter in Simoni's (just off Piazza Maggiore). You won't be disappointed! Also, terrific ice cream at La Sorbetteria Castiglione (800 metres up Via Castiglione) - sensationally good. Don't think I've ever eaten better. Bologna is my favourite city in Italy, and I've been here several times. When I return (which I will), this is where I will stay.

Not much. Apart from Point 1, the comments are trivial and not important. 1 - The shower is narrow and slippery, and has no handrail. I did NOT like that. When you're nearer 80 than 70, that's an issue. 2 - This is a comment, NOT a complaint - the cooking facilities are limited, no oven and next to no cooking surfaces. Just be aware. The answer is simple - eat out! 3 - Coffee pods are ones I've never seen before. They ARE available in the city (and there are some in the apartment when you arrive), but it's a fair old walk to the only shop if you run out. So plan ahead! Running out of coffee early in the morning is a serious issue. 4 - Small point - as well as the 27 bus (mentioned in the Apartment Brochure) the 25 bus also ends up at the railway station.
