The room was very accommodating. Everything was in place,clean and made you feel at home. The location is perfect. You can literally walk to the city center or take a bus there's a bus stop nearby. There is also a supermarket in the next corner. There is a common kitchen you can use and it's fully equipped. I didn't personally use it for a full meal just for breakfast and again it was very accommodating. Lastry, the Bologna Fiere is again really close by. I chose walking but you can reach it by bus or taxi ( if you're in a business trip). 10/10. I would definitely recommend. PS. Mr Aldo helped me a lot. An exceptional host and gentleman.

Honestly nothing to report here.

The location is great, there's a bus station 1min walk that goes directly to city center, many shops and services downstairs. The room was exceptionally clean, tidy and equipped. The kitchen has all what you'd need from pots and pans, two fridges, dishes glasses, and so many types of tea and a Nespresso coffee machine with many capsules. The room is also equipped with a big TV, has a balcony, and some cloths drying rack if you ever decide to wash something.

Not persè a negative, but be aware that the room overlooks a main street near an intersection. So it is a little loud at night and morning with traffic. The bed was making noises, if you're a light sleeper any move while sleeping, then there will be some squeaking noises.

Contact with the host was very good and friendly. The room was extremely clean, and so were the common areas. The shared kitchen was cozy, with tea and coffee provided and regularly restocked. Everything went super smooth with the self check-in, despite a somehow unusual door opening mechanism (one has to call a given phone number and this opens the door). The WiFi was fast enough to stream movies or have video calls.

The area around is not particularly charming - but it’s not a big problem since the city centre is relatively close.

The Apartments have good transport connection. There is a supermarket "Coop" in 40 meters from the house. The room was very clean. There is equipped kitchen/common room where you cook. The place is safe and beautiful.

Room hygiene was good and communal kitchen was very convenient. I found the single room size to be very small though.

Cozy, nice place, you will find there everything what you can need. Very big plus that very very close hotel is supermarket and 10min walk Pizzeria da Beppe, where guy making very tasty pizza 💜 Recommend this place was rlly nice stay.

Not very close to centrum, after all day in city was not small part to walk till hotel, also not very comfortable to reach airport by bus from this place, but its uber so we took uber.

Room was nice, but nothing special. So nothing special to say, honestly i expected more for this price. Only which i can praise is that it was is getting keys

Bed Sheets were not clean, Bed had cracking noice which was anoying, no bottles of water, price of room is too expensive. Room is 20mins from city center by walk.

The room is wonderful, it has a small kitchen, comfortable bed and a couch, good shower and it was clean. location under 1 minute to supermarkets and bus station, and you can get anywhere in the city in les then 14 min.
