The staff was lovely and helpful, the mobile home was clean, comfortable, spacious and the Aircon was just perfect - some have a very strong stream, this one seemed less directional and therefore cooled the air more consistently. I loved the little bathroom set, and the water in the fridge was very thoughtful☺️.

I wished the pool was open longer, I was really hoping for a swim in the morning before check out. There was also a swarm of wasps around the pool shower and at the entrance to the pool which made it dangerous for someone like me with an insect venom allergy😬 thank goodness they were well behaved insects☺️ The location is a bit hard to reach too. There is one bus every 2h and another is about 10min walk down a country lane with no pedestrian path.

Closed territory, separated two rooms bungalows, parking spot, restaurant on the site, pool, very professional staff. A/C in the sleeping room.

The room renovation reminded me Ukrainian railways (Ukrzaliznytsia, hello there!) in 1990s. Needs renovation! Towels are skinny, like those for kitchen and not for bathroom, but clean. Kitchen is basically just fridge, which was mentioned by booking. At least cutlery, plates and glasses, would be good to have. Huge amount of mosquitos, so take some spray against them. Bus to the city is just once in 2 hours.

Scenery was nice. Restaurant at camping was also nice for a quick meal. Pool being included is a nice perk. Quiet at night, no problems sleeping, beds are comfortable and air conditioning a life saver. Very good spot if you have a rental car since it's away from all the city confusion. Everything is well cleaned and towels and soap are great.

The amount of mosquitos in summer is annoying but expected. Bungalows are nice but if you have neighbors you can listen to everything they do. Leaving keys at entrance when you leave was annoying but understandable.

Small wooden houses were excellent for a short business stay. The fiera is just 5 minutes drive. you can even walk there if you wish. Shopping facilities are not more than 5 minutes drive.

Sushi restaurant, pizzerias, other restaurants are not too far way. Even in the location a restaurant waits you with nice meals and Italian espresso.

good offer for camping not leaving the city! nice that can be reached even by public transport from Bologna, the houses are big enough and equipped pretty good, the pool is great, also there is a green area to walk the dog

I would like to add that the bus n.68 isn't the only option how to get to city center. There is a bus stop which is about 1 km far away from the accomodation and the buses n.25 are leaving every 6-7min. It is great if you don't want to depend on the 68 bus and it is 100 % better to walk 1 km from the bus stop than 4 km from the city center.

I would appreciate a fridge in the room, because in the summer you have nowhere to put your water (for example), and it is not great to drink warm water.

Very hospitable hosts, comfortable rooms with comfortable beds. The restaurant near to the complex, bus station is near to the complex as well so you can go to any part of the city. Peaceful and quiet part of Bologna + park for children.

The access to the hotel was very easy. We were with our dog and it is a very convenient hotel for dog owners. They had a very nice kit for dogs as well which we used during the rest of the holiday.

Room was so dark and needs renovation.

the pool was great. the staff were generally very friendly.The bus drom outside is good but infrequent and finishes at 9>it cost just over 20 euros from the airport by taxi for 4 of us

it is a fair way out of town and the buses are infrequet from the camp itself and stop early.The 25 is a good 20 minute walk away along a quiet road without pavement

Perfect unit accommodation for family. Pool facilities fantastic for children and adults. Restaurant food very good along with good ambience. Cleaning of rooms exceptional. We would come here again if visiting Bologna.

Only fault we have for this accommodation was that the air conditioning needs to be updated as doesn’t cope with 30 degree plus days.
