The location of the hotel is great,the room is clean,the breakfast is excellent,many variants of foods to choose from cold cuts,eggs,fruits,cereals and even mozzarella,the staff is great most specially Isaac,10/10,really a great help for us,english speaking( multilingual actually),recommends places to eat and visit,

Stayed at MICHELINO 75 in Bologna and I have questions. Not about the room—it was perfect. Sleek, comfy, stylish. No notes. But the bathroom? Oh, the bathroom. There’s a bidet that sprayed my dignity away. I walked out a changed man. I think it made eye contact. Location-wise, it’s practically spooning the Bologna Fiere fairgrounds, which is awesome if you love trade shows and the gentle 7AM lullaby of jackhammers and forklift beeping. Romance is dead, but construction is eternal. Missed breakfast because apparently I don’t love myself. BUT you can stroll next door to the Sydney Hotel where the breakfast is served with class, croissants, and possibly a jazz saxophone playing softly in the background (I may have hallucinated that). Also next door: an electronics store with a legit coffee shop inside. Because nothing screams “Italian charm” like sipping espresso while debating HDMI cables.

Only downside? A bit far from the city center—like, "you’ll consider a Vespa rental and a life of crime" far. Would I stay again? Yes. Would I emotionally recover from that bidet? Absolutely not.

I chose this hotel for a stop over on my way to Southern Italy and also when driving back to Belgium. It's an excellent option for that, if one just looks for a clean and comfortable place to rest. The breakfast is really nice, lots of different stuff to meet everybody's needs.

The area is not the best in Bologna and there have been works in the surroundings for a long time (but this doesn't depend on the hotel obviously). These works can make it tricky to reach the hotel.

The breakfast was really good, big choice that could suit all preferences. The restaurant was really nice with excellent, knowledgable and very friendly staff, really nice choice of wine. The hotel staff was also very friendly and helpfu. Small gym was available in the basement that would suit those who work out regularly and need to keep it up.

The location. Walk from the city centre to the hotel is about 30 minutes walk, the public transportation did now work due to the roadwords on the main road Via Europa.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel is affiliated with the neighboring Sydney Hotel where our included breakfast was served. We had parking right in front of the hotel. Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. We had dinner at the Opera restaurant at the Sydney Hotel. The food was awesome. Breakfast was also served at the Opera and we sat outside by the pool for it. The buffet featured a wide assortment of sweet and savory items and everything that I had was fresh and tasty.

Everything was great though maybe if I were in the area again, I'd try the Sydney Hotel. There's not much around the hotel but if you were there for a trade fair, the hotel is very close to the BolognaFiere.

The room was clean and prepared. The walls are quite thin so you do hear neighbours but they were quiet after 9pm. Parking is free and on-site. Breakfast is at the Sydney Hotel right next door. You can sit there and also enjoy the terrace with pool and bar. The staff were great and super friendly.

Apart from a small issue with the key card that was immediately fixed, no issues experienced at all.

The room was spacious,clean & comfortable! Its rooms are designed mostly for business travellers. The pool was a great asset and we enjoyed it very much. The pool and the breakfast room are shared with their sister 4* hotel , The Sydney, so you have to walk to this hotel which is right next to Michelino 75. Front desk staff were very helpful! Location is good,but not very close to the citycenter. Parking is for free which is great!

The breakfast was of basic quality. The scrambled eggs were awful, you need to change the ready mix you buy with another one or maybe use fresh eggs.It was also very crowded, because guests from both hotels eat in the same restaurant. Also,in the public areas there was no air conditioning, so it felt very hot outside the room.

The breakfast which is served just across the way, at the sister hotel, is phenomenal. Comfort in the rooms is very good, bed was nice and the bathroom felt fresh.

If you are looking for a convenient hotel to visit bologna, this is not your best option, as its a 20 min walk to the bus stop, where it is then another 40 mins on the bus into the city. The local area is just a standard residential area, nothing too special however

Hotel was clean, neat, well-arranged, location was a bit far from the city, but in a quiet and tranquil district, I liked the design of the room, linen and towels very clean, good breakfast, in spite of large amounts of customers, food and beverage was quite enough.

I didn't like the door opening system, when adjusting the key, it didn't open immediately, you had to wait about 3 minutes for it to open and it was a bit uncomfortable to wait, because it was quite hot in the hall.

I made a mistake booking the check out day. So I asked if we could stay one more day. The lady at the reception desk answered first: "Maybe, let me see, what I can do for you" and 1/2 hour later: "Yes, you can stay in the same room, but for 100€ more, than the other 2 days". Checking out, the same lady charged me 50,40€ city taxes for 2 peοple staying for 2 nights. The next day she said "it was ... a software problem" and refunded 33,60€ back, though not formally, but in cash!
