Perfect location and mobile house settings. Feeling of privacy, essentials of the stay - provided. Daily room cleaning. Upon your arrival - bottles of water in the fridge. individual parking place by the mobile home. Bus stop to the center by the reception. Perfect espresso and breakfast options. You really feel in Italy. Bravo <3

Sometimes wifi was slow or not available at all. For electric cars - no charging stations available (although seen on app that they have). It was not the problem for us. Just to consider for your stay.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly. The A/C was working perfectly. The pool was nice and clean. The restaurant was fine. Great place for camping! Really great value for the price.

The water pressure in the shower was extremely high and it was nearly painful to take a shower. Also the bathroom lights stopped working the last 2 days we spent there. The location is a little outside of Bologna and if you don't have a vehicle the buses you can take are limited.

The staff was lovely and helpful, the mobile home was clean, comfortable, spacious and the Aircon was just perfect - some have a very strong stream, this one seemed less directional and therefore cooled the air more consistently. I loved the little bathroom set, and the water in the fridge was very thoughtful☺️.

I wished the pool was open longer, I was really hoping for a swim in the morning before check out. There was also a swarm of wasps around the pool shower and at the entrance to the pool which made it dangerous for someone like me with an insect venom allergy😬 thank goodness they were well behaved insects☺️ The location is a bit hard to reach too. There is one bus every 2h and another is about 10min walk down a country lane with no pedestrian path.

Closed territory, separated two rooms bungalows, parking spot, restaurant on the site, pool, very professional staff. A/C in the sleeping room.

The room renovation reminded me Ukrainian railways (Ukrzaliznytsia, hello there!) in 1990s. Needs renovation! Towels are skinny, like those for kitchen and not for bathroom, but clean. Kitchen is basically just fridge, which was mentioned by booking. At least cutlery, plates and glasses, would be good to have. Huge amount of mosquitos, so take some spray against them. Bus to the city is just once in 2 hours.

We lived in Mobile Home Deluxe. And it was perfect choice, much better then other options here. Home looked like just renovated or brand new inside. Well equipped. Good place for checking on Bologna. Close enough, but also you can here quiet rest surrendered by green, and cooling down in swimming pool. We also used local camping restaurant, and food was quite good!

Lot of mosquitos.

A very quiet location, in the external are o Bologna, has a quiet good conection to the city (5 km away from central town), playground for children.

Although it is mentioned that the bungalows have a kitchen, it is not equipped at all (apart from a refrigerator). If you want to cook for yourself, there is no oven, no cutlery, no plates, not even a glass to drink water, which is totally unusual for a campsite with cabins.

- Nice pool - good play area for the youngest - very good food in the restaurant and also cheap! - friendly staff

- Wifi did not reach our house - loads of crickets making noises everywhere all the time - AC did not fully work, only one of two rooms

- Location was close to the city - Our lodge was clean, spacious and well maintained. - Whole site was well kept - Pool was a great size. - Staff were pleasant and helpful (especially the lifeguard)

Accomodation, pool and amenities were great. We've enjoyed the quietness of the rooms eventhough it was loud outside. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was satisfactory and 24-hour reception was a big plus.

Nothing to highlight here.

Kitchen facilities in room were locked and unavailable. It is only available for stays longer than a week. Restaurant was a bit pricy for the quality of food served.
