The property was unique and the staff were always on hand to help. We were even given a free upgrade to a better room upon arrival! Having a WhatsApp number to contact and response time was always super quick.

We had a load of little bugs/insects get into our bathroom, which was frustrating as my partner and I got bit to shreds. But once raised the cleaners were on hand quickly to clean everywhere. Although, bugs still managed to get in through a crack in the floor which we raised and would hopefully be fixed. The hotel looks as if it is quite close to Bologna Centrale on the map, and although it’s only a 20 min or so bus journey, it would be an hour walk into the centre.

I really liked the accommodation! It was very nice, modern and clean, but they are currently working on a complete renovation of the building, so it will probably be even better in the future. The staff was very nice and helpful. The accommodation has a large and free parking lot. It is located on the outskirts of the city, but very close to the bus stop with excellent transport to Bologna city centre. Even in the evening hours it is super easy to get in and out of the city.

The only negative or perhaps I should say interesting thing is that there is a working prison in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, which gives the area an interesting atmosphere.

The hotel offers everything for a perfect stay in Bologna!

The hotel is great value, with welcoming and very helpful staff, in a reasonably quiet neighbourhood. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with A/C and a pleasant bathroom. Breakfast is very good with many options to choose from, and when the self-service coffee machine misbehaves, the staff are quick to replace not-so-perfect cappuccinos with perfect ones made using the hotel's machine.

The hotel is not very close to the centre (but the 25 bus is a dependable way of getting there in 15 to 20 minutes). You won't find many exciting restaurants around (and in the week we were staying at Bleis Hotel, the hotel restaurant was not working). Again, nothing that cannot be rectified using the bus :)

It was ideal for us for the car parking and the bus stop right outside, which was very regular and easy to get in and out to Bologna save us driving. The breakfast included was good. Comfortable beds and friendly helpful staff.

Noisy ac that kept us awake the first night and it was too hot, you can't control it in the room yourself, but we told reception staff the next morning and they turned it off for us, which was much better to be able to sleep and if cold there was blankets. The twin superior room we had was in need of an upgrade, especially the bathroom with a jacuzzi bath it was very tired.

Staff were fantastic from the moment we arrived. We arrived a few hours early so the room was not yet ready, however the staff offered me a coffee and a selection of pastries which were delicious. Great selection at breakfast too. I'm quite simple when it comes to breakfast, but the bacon, eggs, toast all tasted great. The room itself was great. Very clean comfortable bed and mattress. Bathroom was large with a great shower. Room had a smart TV too so could log into streaming apps. There was a coffee machine in the room along with a mini fridge which was pre filled with water and snacks which is a great touch, Wifi was very good. Location is around 20 minutes from Bologna city center via bus. The bus stop is opposite the hotel so very easy. I think from the airport was less then 10 minutes via car.

There was a loose fixing on the towel rail and the fuse box near to the door did make a loud hum after having the lights on and using a hair dyer for a length of time. Would go silent once card is removed from the slot.

The reception and bar/breakfast area is nice and modern. Breakfast is very nice and fresh. The towels and bed linen are good quality. Free parking. The staff are very helpful. The bus stop is just outside and is regular and only 2euro to city centre.

There isn't anywhere to walk near the hotel however we spent all day and night in city centre. The bathrooms are dated and could do with refurb.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, the rooms are new and spotlessly clean. Breakfast is excellent with a wide selection of fresh options. The staff is extremely kind and helpful – a special thanks to Alessandro at the reception. He made everything easy to arrange and helped us with everything we needed during our stay. Free parking is available on site, and the rooms are equipped with modern TVs that allow logging into Netflix or YouTube, which is a great touch. Very good value for money. The hotel is not located in the city center, but the bus stop is right in front of the building, and it takes about 20 minutes by bus to reach the center. Highly recommended!

The Bleis hotel was a pleasant stay. We were there for seven nights. The room had a very comfortable atmosphere bed and a great shower. The property was very well maintained and very clean. The staff were fantastic. A special thanks to Gari & Iole for their kindness and hospitality. The breakfast was delicious and tons of variety. The area was very quiet. The bus stop was right in front of the property.

The air conditioning was not available for the property. Our room was very warm at times, but they did provide us with a fan which helped a great deal. We did have the patio door which was a help, but did not feel comfortable leaving it open while we were away or during sleeping either. Also no smart tv available, Netflix, YouTube, prime tv options. All the above were listed as amenities on booking.com.

Dear stuff, thanks a lot for the stay and your efforts to make it lovely. I want to say special thank you for the ladies from the kitchen who took care of my needs as vegetarian/vegan guest during breakfast. I truly appreciate this generous hospitality. The receptionists were also extremely friendly and helpful. We can recommend to everyone, especially with the car it's a great location to avoid entering the city center.
