The cleaning service was excellent, all the staff was very polite and helpfull, the offered watter free of charge was perfect customer bonus, the breakfast was fresh and good veriety. Only the location was a bit far from centar approx 30 minutes by bus, but the bus connections are very good even during late evening and night hours.

First of all, i liked everything. Since i entered the building and went at the reception for check in, i was surprised to see that receptionist (Octavian) was speeking romanian. He was very helpful and nice so the check in part was smooth and efficient. Big rooms, very clean, nice sign about the water. Second of all, breakfast was delicious, large variaty of food and drinks to chooso from. So yes, 10 out of 10.

Hmmm... I would say that for most people the location might be a problem, but i love to walk so for me it wasn't. There is public transportation from city center to near the hotel and you can also take a taxi.

The hotel and its staff is nice and the lobby and hallways are air climatized. Which is good thing especially in really hot Summer in which we visited. Also there is available fresh filtered water on every floor for free. There is also restaurant bar and restaurant in the hotel so you don't have to go anywhere . Breakfasts are great, excellent homemade pies.

The location of the hotel is in the outskirts of the town. It is far from train station and historic center of the town. Even though there is bus station near the hotel. Near the hotel is just McDonald's and mall with shops and few joints where you can eat. Otherwise everything was good.

This hotel was very clean and modern. We originally picked it because we thought we would rent a car and take some day trips from Bologna. Also a family member recommended it as a very good value, and we agree. There is plenty of parking in front of the hotel and in a garage. The breakfast buffet was good, and they also have a full service restaurant and bar. A shopping mall is about a half mile away - a bus stop is located there and there are also some fast food restaurants. The staff was very responsive - we had an issue with noise coming from the adjacent room and they sent someone up immediately to take care of the problem. You can get to the airport in 15 minutes by taxi.

The hotel is in the business district (Fiere) outside of the city center, so it was not as convenient for sightseeing. We took the bus into the city several times, once to the Train Station, and once to San Luca. The rides took about 45 minutes, and cost 2 Euro each way. Suggest you familiarize yourself with how the buses work before setting out - not hard but it may save you some walking! Also, we found our phone mapping apps can help you navigate the buses and stops.

Nice sweet breakfast. No options for vegans. But if you like cake, marmelade and croissants for breakfast go for it. They also have eggs and bacon.. A little bit crowded during breakfast because of the renovation going on and breakfast ist scheduled the day before. When you're too late you may not get the 9 o'clock option on the weekend. We were happy !

The entire property doesn’t have an iron. If you want to iron yourself something quick because you need it fast is impossible. If you need something ironed they force you to use their paid service that implies many hours of waiting. When I arrived there was no shower gel in the bathroom, only shampoo. I had to exit in the towel and ask for some from the cleaning ladies that were on the hall. Despite the fact I paid all the price on Booking with taxes and fees included, I was charged 8€ at the end. If you don’t have a car the access is very difficult, expensive taxi and public transport implies 20 min walking to the bus station.

The room was comfy, clean and good size for a family of 4. Breakfast was fresh, the breakfast area was a bit busy but still was good. I loved that there was an electric car charger at the hotel parking area. I think would be great to highlight it at the booking or other sites so the guys with e-cars can plan their charging sessions accordingly.

The location was far from the city center, but I knew at the time of booking, so I have nothing to complain.

For under 70€ we found here a **** hotel in Bologna with breakfast, gym and parking. The room in the 4th floor was top and even had a bathtub with massage function. The air conditioner was very good. The breakfast was great for the price.

We were a bit surprised when we had to tell our breakfast time already the day before For some reason, the climate control kept lighting up blue at night. As the staff also told us, there is no suitable way to get to the city center by public transport.

Good price value ratio. Room is comfortable, has elevator and they offer a crib. Suitable to go with babies and dog. Breakfast is pretty complete. This was our second time in this hotel, so I would definitely recommend.

We came with twin babies so we would need ideally 2 cribs, but they say there is only space for one, but in the room it easily would fit the 2 cribs. Also, they asked for the time for breakfast and when I went at the time I said, they said there were no tables available at the moment and I should wait. On the other hand, they allowed me to grab the breakfast and take it in the room, which being with twins and dog is even better. The coffee machines did not work properly and the cakes very dry (but as mentioned, there are plenty of good selection, only the cakes found them dry)

We stayed for one night on the way back home and we can recommend it-especially for travelers passing by Bologna. Hotel is situated in a quiet area not far from highway. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. Check-in/check-out went very smoothly and all staff were friendly. We also very much appreciate that this hotel applies sustainable practices such as recycling bins on every floor, refillable water etc.

The breakfast area was quite crowded even though they manage the guests through time slots. However the food choice was fine and the staff were refilling everything. I believe that once the hotel management improves the breakfast space situation, people stop complaining and giving harsh reviews. Currently I would recommend to have a breakfast before 8am to avoid the morning crowd.
