Beach front property

Just by the beach. Although it is at one corner of the Gokarna Main Beach. Cheap and rooms with AC. Clean restrooms and rooms. WIFI with fantastic speed.

Staff was not comfortable at night during emergency.

It's a beach property which makes beach access easy. Two large king size beds provided were good condition. Washroom was spotless neat and clean as it's very new. AC and two fans worked well.

The stay facilities mentioned are not at all provided since it's located in very remote area of Gokarna and the staff hospitality is zero. They have recently built up the rooms and they were not painted the walls properly. Things below which are to be taken care - 1. Wifi access is not there which is mentioned false in booking.com site 2. Bed sheets felt not washed and just turned out and pillow covers were dirty. 3. There is no proper almirah or wardrobe, just a rack present which was dirty. 4. No table and chairs present inside room. 5. No tandoori, chinese or north indian or proper south indian food available. Just bangra fish meal in non veg and veg meal just a curry, one sabzi with rice and chapathi. Food was home made but not as per our taste buds of North Indian or outside Karnataka people. 6. Parking area is very limited in space. 7. You won't get any other food option nearby unless you travel towards thefamous beach sides. This beach has limited options, specially for family members it's not comfortable. 8. You may face challenge with language as staffs doesn't understand Hindi, except the owner and cook who were understanding and speaking with us nicely and politely.(Only for outsider challenge)

We didn't like anything, we left soon as we arrived, the room was dirty no facilities only 4 walls and two beds no window to look out, no mirror no chairs no toiletries, no towels. It was nothing like what was shown on the Internet. A horrible experience, we paid and left just wanted to get away.

See above, as it was not what we was led to believe it would be nice to be compensated, the bedding was also dirty. Wasn't there long enough yo take photos.
