The ambience of the hotel. The location is perfect for tourists. The decor from the emtrance throughout the hotel screams quality. The room OMG it was worth more than we paid for! Big, spacious, clean, and luxurious. Iberostar really outdid itself with this hotel. The staff was very attentive and ready to help. The spa and Hamman were worth the money. A big shout out to the lady at the spa/hamman she is very good at what she does, even with the language barrier, we had fun.

City view room that I paid for doesn’t have any view. It looks onto the wall of another building. But the room is sold as a room with a view. It’s a luck of draw if you get the rooms looking onto the wall. These are the room numbers 115, 215, 315, 415, 515, 615.

The staff at the hotel were amazing. The roof top terrace and pool were awesome. The rooms were very comfortable and had everything you would want or need for a comfortable stay. Beds were very comfortable.

I upgraded my room to have a sea view and the noise at the front of the hotel was awful alllll day, allll night. I think this devalues the front rooms! When we arrived as a group of 10 it was my 50th bday and I had told the hotel this yet they upgraded my friends to a suite and not me!! My friends being true friends offered me the upgrade as they felt awkward but why did the hotel not realise this?? I actually declined my friends offer as I had spent €200 more to have the sea view that ended up being the wrong choice due to the noise!!! Uff Breakfast was hit and miss. Don’t know if the kitchen staff understood English very well, for example I had strawberry jam with my croissants on day 1, day 2 I was told they didn’t have any!!

A very well run hotel from a reputable brand. Everything you would expect from a established hotel company, but what sets it apart from the others is how warm and welcoming the staff are, generous with their time and so helpful, no job too small and always have time for a nice conversation. Despite getting the room at a big discount, I felt just as valued as a high net worth guest, I truly felt the staff had a real concern for my comfort and well being, which made my stay so enjoyable.

We had an amazing stay! We booked two rooms for one night and were pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to two luxurious suites. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. Everything was super clean and well maintained. There’s convenient parking available (for an additional fee). The staff was absolutely wonderful – especially Marina and Jelena, who were incredibly helpful and welcoming, and Djordje, who gave us great recommendations and helped us plan our route around the area. Highly recommended!

I booked this hotel 10 mins before showing up at reception and to my surprise they not only saw the reservation and allocated a room but they also gave me an upgrade while having a laugh about it. I mentioned my reason for traveling and the next day was greeted with cake and wine in my room. How pleasant! The room was super spacious and well organized. Bathroom was clean and even though the room was on the sixth floor, the water pressure was strong and temperature super warm. There were an abundance of comfy pillows and even the carpets were soft and clean. Robes and slippers provided which I always appreciate and apart from an iron, everything I would have needed for a comfortable stay was available. I did room service and that was great! The staff were warm and welcoming and while the breakfast selection was the same for the period I was there lots of variety was provided. The housekeepers were thorough and sweet and came everyday. The pool was out being that it is off season but there was spa access and that was good. Overall, I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel and wish them the best!

If I’m being picky, maybe an iron, toothpaste & toothbrush?

All the hotel staff could speak English sufficiently, so you could communicate easily with everyone. Additionally, each staff member was very helpful. The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was more than sufficient. In terms of location, the hotel was in a great spot, allowing you to explore all of Budva on foot. I recommend the sea-view rooms for couples—the view that greets you in the morning is truly beautiful. Thank you for everything!

The hotel’s location may be insufficient for those coming for a seaside and summer vacation. However, it offers a unique location for a wonderful winter holiday.

First of all everything was just perfect. All Personnels were so kind and helpful and professional on their job. Check-in and check out were fast and easy. Breakfast was also nice and delicious, it's not possible to go hungry after that breakfast. It has 5-6 types cheese, 5-6 ham and stuff, olives, salads, dry tomatoes, omelet, boiled eggs, vegetables, fried eggs, nuts and dried fruits, oat or almond milk, coffee and tea, and so on. Fresh fruits were seriously delicious and right on time to eat. Cleaning: the hotel was spotless! I'm a little high maintenance about cleaning and I was so relaxed in there. Pillows and bad were super comfortable. The room is large. There are some places to drink something and spend time, these drinks are extra but reasonable price. There is an infinity heated pool on the roof but we didn't use but the view of the roof top was also nice. I just have some recommendation to improve the quality of the hotel to another level. These are definitely not any negativities just a few things to be much better; the bar on the roof top works till 6 pm but I think the evening is the best time to having drink and enjoy with the beautiful view of the roof. And in the bathroom, there was shampoo, hair conditioner, moisturizer, soap, slippers but in this quality hotels I generally see some others like cotton, q-tip, ets. Hence, everything is perfect in this hotel. Definitely recommended!

As I was looking for a hotel to stay in Budva, I was a bit skeptical about this property based on some of the negative reviews. But since it overall had a high score, I decided to take a “risk”. That was the best decision I could have made! The hotel is new, top-notch property where attention was paid to the smallest details. Spaces, including common areas are all designed to the highest standards. The room was spacious, with quality furniture and the best matrass I have slept on in a long time. A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both the room and the bathroom – and the hotel overall were spotlessly clean! The restaurants and food excellent – starting from the wide choice of food to the quality of preparation. Really splendid! The rooftop swimming pool deserves a few specially dedicated words: fantastic view – arguably the best in Budva!, well maintained area with a clean spacious pool. I read some complaints from guests about the use of towels, which I didn’t experience. Everything was handled professionally and fast and I cannot but praise the hotel how everything functions. The Spa is another of my favorite amenities of this hotel. You must try it! The service is outstanding. The parking is spacious as the hotel has an underground parking. I was surprised to read negative comments about that. It is hard to imagine that anyone would face any problems with parking. On top, the staff is very friendly and available to help even with parking. The downside might be proximity of the beach for those with children. BUT! Anyone who does proper research can assess the place and whether it suits the needs. The hotel is very transparent about what they offer and what they offer is the best you can get. Also, the big/main beach really is only a stroll away from the hotel and certainly not something that would affect the overall score. Finally, as mentioned above – the staff: well trained, professional staff that is there for the guest and at any time.

It was excellent, everything was to my expectations . The staff, the pool , pool bar, food was just great. Everyone at the hotel was just wonderful and helpful. Loved everything and would recommend it highly to anyone. The room was large and very comfortable, so was the balcony with the sea view. I will certainly go back to Iberostar Hotel! I have zero complaints.
