Breakfast was sub par compared to other Comfort Suites I have stayed at. Location was Excellent for the purpose of my trip. The Desk Persons were informative and friendly. High Marks for that. The room was exceptional. Spacious and Very Clean. Nice big Bathroom.
Only the breakfast. But, that’s not a dealbreaker.

Pool was nice, the only concern is that there’s a strong pool chemical smell and the room is hot and the air doesn’t flow well because the doors were closed and no windows to open and not enough fans. Staff did open one door into the lobby but that didn’t really help the problem. Maybe more fans or open windows if possible would be helpful.
It was jus hard to breathe in the pool room, it’s hot and there’s jus not enough air flow in the room. It’s strong chemical smell. Fresh air would help. Maybe if there’s was windows that could be opened or more fans or something to help with that.

The room I was in was a good room until I realized it another board under the carpet next to the air conditioning you can see the floor wasn’t level in that area

Microwave did not work, got a new one and that one did not work. Bed was uncomfortable, hot tub was broke, indoor swimming pool was ice cold.

Crickets coming under the door in our room, breakfast had no variety, and too many people hanging out in the parking lots looking suspect

When I come to LA. New Iberia Quality Suites is usually the Hotel I choose it it roomy so much space for for a family of 4 . Clean beds are big and comfortable sofa great microwave refrigerator everything to be comfortable
