The facilities have seen better days, but all was functioning & in order & served our purposes more than adequately.. Was nice having lots of convenient outlets for charging our digital devices. Location for our purposes was great. Despite hiway location, room was quiet. Staff & reception were hyper friendly & helpful. Gave us some good tips. Was a good start for our stay. Good Guadalajaran restaurant immediately nextdoor. Parking was directly in front of our room.

Can't really complain. Aging but adequate building. Could use a sofa update. But for the price, a bargain. Not for those accustomed to luxury hotels. But for us, more than adequate.

Although I appreciate breakfast being included, I did not appreciate the items offered. Too many unhealthy carbs. I don't know why they have to offer Frosted Flakes instead of regular Corn Flakes so there's not so much sugar. Raisin Bran has enough sugar in it.

It’s was convenient for our family reunion, the high winds cause the door leading outside to rock back and forth. The breakfast was worthless, the coffee machine in the diner was not making coffee and the orange juice was sour! Those areas can be addressed or taken off the website. The staff was friendly

It was clean and quiet.

My husband and I was there the first night and was disturbed by a loud knock at the door at midnight and a phone call of one of the workers; because some woman was outside walking around. My husband and I was sleeping because we had a game tournament to go to that he was in and had to be there really early. I didn’t like that they came and disturbed our sleep.

Not enough towel in the bathroom,over all the room was price good for what we got. Went thru Priceline to get it for a much better price than what, I was quoted at the front desk.

The house keepers were very helpful when we needed something.

I had to wait for the person working the front desk to show up many times. I waited over 10 minutes before they arrived to check us in. I got locked out of my room by and they were no where to be found but the housekeeper ended up letting us in. The breakfast was just cereal and toast.

The property was old, but we knew that going in. It seemed well maintained and was sparkling clean. Bed was comfortable, linens were good. Breakfast was basics - prepackaged pastry, cereal, yogurt, toast, fruit, juice, and coffee. This is not the place to stay if you need luxury. But, if you want a clean, comfortable place to sleep, at 50-60% of the cost of nearby motels this is a great option. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

STAFF knocks entirely too hard at Guest door in the morning!! I come in late and check out all the time at 11am..or stay another night...I HATE TO BE DISTURBED if I'm sleeping well,🤞🏿💯

Its kinda quiet. The rooms were comfy and beds were perfect.

The tvs were outdated, there were some stuff that were damaged when we got there, and housekeeping knocks even though you have do not disturb

It was a good value. Customer service was very friendly. The beds were comfortable

The room was clean but a little dated & had some damage. Also the bed cover had cigarette holes in them. This may nor bother some people but this was a Non-smoking room. We asked specifically for a non-smoking room. It did not effect our stay.
