This was my fifth trip tp Egypt and I wish I had known about this hotel earlier, the staff were very polite, friendly and professional making sure every guest enjoyed their time there. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The meals were delicious. You can choose between A La Carte or Buffet for dinner. As I was travelling in Summer, the pool area was great to cool down in after a day out. I can't thank Mr Mohamed & Ms Amira enough for their hospitality. I will definitely stay there again when I am in the area.

Poor vegan options for breakfast and dinner, set menu for dinner for most of our stay, not very professional spa services, hotel supposed to be renovated and reopened a year ago, but the rooms look a bit more worn out than that

We have never seen the staff so nice before. Everyone is so nice and wants to make your stay as good as possible. We were greeted by miss Amira who introduced herself individually to both of us. Also, we got welcome drinks and appetizers. Later, they brought us welcome traditional sweets. The bedding was clean with one hard and one soft pillow so you choose your preference. The hotel is older one and you should not expect luxury but you will receive good care and clean bed to sleep in.

The carpet was not vacuumed very well. We saw that they have a vacuum cleaner, but apparently not so strong since the carpets were not clean.

After my checkout, one of the best aspects was the attentive service and honesty of room service staff member A. Ibrahim. He found my misplaced clothes and kept them in the lost and found. When I returned to the hotel more than 24 hours later, I was relieved to find my clothes along with the money that was in my trouser. Additionally, I really appreciated the pool view, the cleanliness, the amenities, and the overall comfort.

The refrigerator was extremely loud, most TV channels were not working, and the lighting was very dim. The security staff asked me to sign a "suicide letter" as a disclaimer for food poisoning if I brought in food from outside. This is the first time I’ve ever encountered such a requirement, despite having traveled to over four countries and three cities in Egypt, staying for months in four- and five-star hotels.

I had a truly amazing experience during my stay at this hotel in Cairo. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness, comfort, and warm atmosphere of the place. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was also perfect—close to many of Cairo’s main attractions, yet peaceful and quiet at night. What truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially the hotel manager, Mona. She was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. Mona handled everything with a personal touch—from helping with local recommendations to making sure every detail of my stay was perfect. Her genuine hospitality and friendly approach made a big difference. Thank you to Mona and the entire team for making my stay in Cairo so special. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city

1) Breakfast - Bread and pastries 2) Clean & calm property 3) Kids friendly 4) Very supportive staff, especially Ms. Mona Note: The pictures shown in Booking.com exactly match the same, which is not the case with other properties (i considered for booking), observed during my travel in Giza.

1) Three pin electric socket wasn't available, which they provided later. 2) The smart TV in the room was not getting connected to the WiFi. This is to be fixed, as families traveling with kids need connectivity to YouTube, etc.

The properties located close to the pyramids in one of the famous streets in Cairo brand new operator with renovated facilities the main pool area is one of the significant areas that you would enjoy relaxing by the pool, enjoying finest, ever cool drinks, and amazing meal and a fine hookah the customer service went beyond by the Amazing guest relations Ms.Amira and Ms.Muna the Front Desk Manager and his team members was excellent offering an amazing experience walking in to the hotel and I would like to Thank Mohammed the man behind the the scene for an amazing Hookah experience

I would suggest a fine café that serves speciality coffee with amazing set up for people to have meetings different options when it comes to F&B and an organize retail area and proper Desserts and entertainment options

Mona met me and facilitated my last minute reservation and finished my check-in fast and in a very professional manner. Breakfast was nice and included variety of food and drinks. Being near the Giza pyramids is great, and I could see the construction going on and the part that already finished gives me the impression that Haram Street will look very nice specially with the landscaping on the street.

I was told by the security that there was no gym in the premises, maybe you should consider having a small for a gym.

all service and accomdation are super location is nice room view is super staff is cooperative especial Mrs Mona who supported us 100% during our stay all staf are good persons and we will return again to this hotel soon

the public road leading to hotel have much maintainace and civil work its not related to the hotel and we hope this work will finish soon so all visitors reah the hotel easily but the hotel itself and his facilites are really super

the staff here is absolutely amazing, they go above and beyond...one little thing that is not of your satisfaction they ensure to investigate and make changes if and when necessary, their aim.is to please and they did just that...from.the guys at the restaurant, the pool guard, shisha, butlers 10/10... don't get me started on the meals...brilliant

I just wish they could get more English speaking staff...I found it difficult to communicate most of what I needed, considering the fact that they recieve international clients who speak English
