I checked in really late it wasn't a problem The concierge rep Lee was very nice The lobby is very welcoming smells very clean and the whole hotel including the elevators The room was very spacious The mattress was super comfy too bad I was only staying for one night The room had a kitchenette while stocked breakfast had good choices wish they had more of a selection but understandably they do not have a kitchen the food was very hot Love the granola bar had lots of choices for toppings coffee was good The hotel is near shopping and restaurants very nice area easy access to the interstate

that they didn't have any meat choices with breakfast

I've never stayed at a Home 2 Suites. I was impressed at the size of the rooms. My favorite part was the supply of dishes and utensils and full size refrigerator! Traveling with a family of 5 is very hard. I cant say enough that I'm overly impressed considering the size of the room, accommodations provided and the price!! I've spent more at smaller, less clean and friendly places. I will continue to look for Home 2 locations as we travel. Thank you to everyone we spoke with.

Hotel was nice. Clean with comfortable rooms. We were in transit from Fort Lauderdale to Port Canaveral to board a cruise ship the next day. Having guest self-service laundry was important to us.

One of the machines we used leaked a lot of water forcing us to wait for another one to become available. The iron in our room leaked a lot of water and didn't get hot enough to do a proper job. They replaced the iron on the next morning but we scrambled to get on the road to board our ship on time

I love everything about a Hilton hotel they make you feel like family the staff is always absolutely amazing my husband and I love the location it's next to everything shopping restaurants and more this will always be our go to hotel when we're in town

We've stayed at this particular Hilton more than once our last trip the room we were in the bed was absolutely horrible it was hard like bricks it had a box spring and railings with wheels which indicated it was a old bed that would be the only negative thing I have to say about this place because everything else was absolutely awesome

The breakfast was very good and it's so nice to have it provided at the location where you're staying, it's a very nice added attraction. There were many different options from which to choose, eggs, waffles, yogurt, cereal, fruit, it was great!

I always wish they would extend the breakfast a little later for those of us who are on vacation or just relaxing and want to sleep in. I am a late sleeper and it's nice to have the breakfast option go past 10:00.

the parking was huge and steps from front door which i appreciated having arrived very tired , late at night . the room was super large with a kitchen which i didn’t need since i was just staying one night on my own but could imagine for longer stays with family it could be amazing . i loved the self serve coffee station which was open in the early morning

i thought the hotel lobby was not very inviting to hang out in , pretty ho hum also the price for a solo traveler $170 after taxes etc was a bit too much to just sleep 7 hours and run specially cause i did not eat breakfast since they offered yogurts but all of the options contained sugar . why can’t they offer a plain version for those of us who are more healthy minded ?

Everyone that works here was wonderful. They were all extremely helpful and very professional.

The only thing that could’ve been better was the people staying around directly above me were walking around late at night very loud. I definitely would not recommend staying in a room right next to the side door as it is very loud when it closes.

Incredible room! Very large suite- top of the line. Nice bedding, plenty of lighting, kitchen with full-size fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, nice seating area with couch, end tables, and coffee table/ottoman, desk and chair, great shower with soaps and plenty of towels, etc. Very nice! There’s also a pool, a laundry room, and food and snacks for sale in the lobby. Had concerns over three previous posts mentioning ants, but the front desk said that situation was handled. We are very, very pleased with this choice!

Rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. At first tv wouldn't work but someone came right away and fixed it so there was no issue.

We were there the same time as a little league baseball team. When we went to have breakfast there were children running a muck EVERYWHERE! One family even had a dog. I love that this is a pet friendly hotel BUT the breakfast area is not a place for animals. I also have a dog, he was not with me but if he had been I would never have taken him in this area. You don't know who all is allergic, or uneasy around dogs. I think it was very irresponsible of the adults to let this happen and upsetting that the hotel staff (3 employees were standing at the front desk next to this area) took so long to ask the adult with the dog to leave that area.

I believe they were training someone for breakfast.. they were short on some items…but what I found to eat was ok.

I didn’t like seeing them putting to tell, they cleaned up the counters with onto the floor to clean the floors up. that was very gross. Just thinking that they’re gonna reuse that towel again on the counters.
