I love the super easy check in unlike most hotel/motels the staff was super friendly and pet friendly and the area was amazing! Walmart next door Starbucks burger king circle k and even dollar tree within a two min walk. The housekeeping staff did not bother either and we stayed right up until 11am. The hotel had a Continental breakfast which was small but efficient. More than just cereal and juice so I can't complain. Cost of a raggedy motel with the amazing hotel quality! I will never stay anywhere but La Quinta from this moment on! Thank you

Only thing I would like better is a bigger dog walk area. It had been raining so mosquitoes were really bad but that's Florida.

Protein breakfast options are "fresh" eggs, sausage and patties. For fruits there are bananas, apples and oranges. Wheat bread, white bread and bagels. Muffins, waffle machine, strawberry yogurt, lemonade and some variety of juice. The area of coffee and tea is available 24/7 but if arrive late night maybe they are cold. Breakfast area is small but it's not a problem if the hotel is not crowded. In the room there are microwave, coffee machine and a small fridge. The room and bathroom are clean. Bed sheets are clean and well done in the beds. Across the street there is a gas station if you want to eat or drink something. Also, there is a Cracker Barrel across the street. The parking lot is big but they not allow parking trailers and trucks.

The staff was great all of them made me feel like I mattered. The first day I came in early before the checkout time expecting to have to wait till 3 but the guy behind the counter checked me in early every day not knowing if I was going to stay another day or leave they treated me as if I was a guest there. I have never had such good customer service.

The only issue was that the pool couldn't be accessed from the main lobby it was not unlocking even for the hotel concierge but they opened the back gate for access by me just 1 person trying to swim.

the size of the room, layout best for a single woman displaced; seeking fair housing rental practices for myself & my son since January 2025. I am dogged in my pursuit for justice and the return of my missing 2013 Cadillac SRX Luxury Edition SUV (NH plates, 125k, missing from parking lot of Walmart Melbourne FL 32940 by 2pm EST (intel says by 1:15pm on 9/18/24). This is a very nice hotel. Lovely staff, good breakfast that includes protein. Bed/pillow was acceptable. Allowed us to have our dog.

The elevator old and slow. The visual part of the room was spotless but our dog found things from food wrappers from under the bed. We had issues with the coffee maker in our room - which was reported and the front desk took a note.

The staff were very helpful despite the hotel being very busy at the time. The hotel location is perfect being right off 95 South, which made traveling to Merritt Island for family very quick and easy. The hotel is also near both a Walmart and a Publix which turned out to be very useful.

The room was a bit humid at first but that comes with being in south Florida. Once we figured out how to operate the dehumidifier, the room lost any moisture smell and became very cool and comfortable.

It was a last minute booking on the 4th, so I wasn't expecting much in terms of service and facilities. The rate was very fair compared to jacked up "holiday" rates for other hotels and motels in the area. The service was very good, the facilities were okay ()there was some renovation going on), and the staff was very friendly and helpful. On the whole, I was very pleased.

It was pretty far from my target destination but , of course, that wasn't the hotel's fault.

Everything was great! I really liked the online pre-check in and check out. Breakfast was very good. Room was extremely clean & comfortable. Staff was polite and knowledgeable. The entire experience was exceptionable! I will be staying there again the next time I come to town.

Staff friendly, room quiet, bathroom a little worn but acceptable, Breakfast nice,3 sketchy 20 something year old boys, swiping cards at varies doors, wandering the halls was creepy in the morning, but didnt bother anyone that I observed.

I was passing through for travel. The location is amazing everything is walking distance if you forgot to pack anything don’t stress! The breakfast was amazing! The room was very clean and comfortable I fell asleep in 10 minutes if that long. We will definitely be back! ❤️❤️❤️
