They are remodeling the breakfast area. An abbreviated version was set up in a small conference room. The room was fine. We had 6 adults and wanted to all stay together and that worked well. The hotel was doing a remodel and it was tight up front where they had construction barriers up but the staff was nice and our room was ready soon after we arrived and they arranged for a shuttle the next morning and it was also fine. The shuttle was to the cruise port and this was convenient for that.

The advertising pictures made the place looker larger than it was. It appeared to have a large pool and hot tub area but it was much smaller in person. The front of the hotel was under construction so it felt more cramped.

Can have an earlier check in ( before 3pm)and check out at 1pm. Location is good with supermarket and restaurants right next to the hotel. 24hours brew coffee available. Staff are polite and very helpful.

The wall should be thin and can hear what your neighbour says ;(

Very clean staff was very friendly and helpful! Especially Jordan at the front desk she made sure my stay was good my shuttle was straight going and coming from carnival cruise

The location was excellent with shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hot food breakfast bar was really nice.

Unfortunately, the facility was undergoing renovations at the time. It wasn’t intrusive but it was noisy during the day. Work was being done on my floor.

The receptionist was extremely helpful and nice. She also gave us Restaurant ideas...Big Thank you to Her. She shared her name. Lack of Memory on our Part.

1 elevator for such a large establishment. Especially on Cruise Days

Close to port,an walk to restaurant,stay there on every cruise

The staff was very nice and helpful with our request,the shuttle service and weekly parking was excellent. We will be staying at this hotel on our next trip.

Very friendly staff, breakfast was great. Very close to the Pier with several dining options within walking distance. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Our room was beautiful ans spacious the walk in shower with the tub was amazing. Also the location of the hotel was great.
