We have stayed here several times over the years and love the location.

Luggage carts were not able. Maybe you should take a fifty dollar deposit on the carts which is refundable upon the return of the cart. If the patron (s) keep the cart overnight they lose their deposit. We were traveling with a lot of luggage and being senior citizens we had to make several trips from the ground floor up to the fourth floor (426) because you didn’t have carts available or bellhops. Also there is a huge difference in the breakfast buffet when the cruise ship guests are staying there and when they are not.

room was spacious and very clean and amenities met all of our needs. Breakfast choices were fantastatic except we would have loved to have "bacon" on the menu during our stay.

Should have chosen a room closer to the main lobby and breakfast area. Wife has mobility issues and the accessible room was quite far from the lobby/breakfast area. Price of the room for one night exceeded our budget as a retired couple, but chose for its convenience to our cruise ship. We will choose this hotel again in the future.

Stayed 12/2-12/3. We drove 10.5 hrs from AL, we only stayed one night and got on our cruise to the Bahamas the next day. Nice clean hotel. Except we found a wad of hair on the floor by the bed I guess they missed a spot vacuuming. We uber from the hotel to the port. We left our vehicle to park for a fee. Breakfast was great! Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Friendly staff. Would book again. Highly recommended.

All was well, some lights not working in the bedroom. Also, at night the air conditioning started to make doomsday noises and woke us up. Luckily, we were on a jetlag an would have woken up anyway. Cheers and 10 points for prediction!

Water also had a hard time accepting Newton's laws. The bathroom water did not leave as Newton would predict from a working water system. It’s was nice clean spacious. The streaming channels plus YouTube was clutch perfect actually. Breakfast was nice staff was super helpful one of the best stays I had in a while. Outside bar was cool waitress was super cool she fast drinks was strong but not nasty they were perfect.

This property was perfect in every way, minus one thing… the breakfast. it was very poor! checkin staff, particularly Beth, we’re brilliant, very welcoming and informative. hotel lovely, clean, spacious, good pool area.

the only thing that let this hotel down for us was the breakfast.

We were very surprised on the wonderful room. We had two bedrooms with two bathrooms and kitchen area and sitting area. Beds was very comfortable. Went to outdoor pool and they even had a dryer for use to use.

Pool was a little cool but that was due to the weather. Other than that everything was great.

The hotel served its purpose for a night before our cruise. The room, staff and facilities were all great.

The location and the free breakfast were great.

Unfortunately we were there when Hurricane Helene was passing through. A shutter outside our bedroom was loose and kept slamming all night. Hopefully it has since been repaired.

Sara handle a problem for us with total service. She is a great asset to your team. The problem solved was not the Residence Inn but Sara continue until solved. Thank you Sara
