Nice, new, clean and very convenient location to Port Canaveral. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the room was nice and large. There is a toilet and sink in a separate room from the shower and sink room. That is different and nice to have 2 separate sinks. Very nice breakfast buffet and seating area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone taking a cruise and wanting to arrive a day or more early. Also, the room has 2 TVs and a separate seating area. Lots of restaurants in the area also.

Not a big fan of frosted glass on the bathroom and shower doors which were in separate rooms. When you turn the light on, it brightens up the room when others are sleeping.

Very nice clean spacious atmosphere. Greeted warmly and felt welcomed. Property had all the amenities you would expect. Located in center of walking g distance to surroundings

I didn’t like that our room had no water presser in the toilet or the sink. Going to the bathroom were traumatic events as there wasn’t enough water in the toilet to properly dispose of the contents. (Rm 320)Called front desk had to leave a message because she was on the phone. However she never returned my call nor was anyone sent up to check it out. My only complaint

I really enjoyed my stay here the room was very comfortable, the hotel was very clean and bright and the staff were wonderful. We got great advice on places to go from the gentleman who was on in the afternoons, he was really friendly. The Rooms are very quiet. Bed was comfortable, pillows took a bit of adjusting for my personal preference and the shower and bathroom were excellent. For me personally I would definitely return to the hotel.

I would however make a comment that at Breakfast for vegetarians / vegans at breakfast there is a limited set of options. Most mornings we just had toast and coffee. Oatmilk would be nice to have available for coffees etc.

Sam at the front desk was such a nice guy, very professional, helpful, courteous. We had a few drinks from the bar and the server was very nice and polite. Breakfast was great!. Our room was exceptionally clean and wonderful. My first time at Springhill Suites and a terrific value and close to the cruise terminal.

Only one elevator was operating and housekeeping and their carts in it made for a slow ride.

We live on the beach so we went to the Cape Canaveral Springhill to escape impact from hurricane Milton. we found it so comforting and safe and secure. the staff were amazing the room was clean and comfortable. the windows blocked out most of the noise from the hurricane, which I usually find the scariest part. The power never even flickered we never lost cable or wifi. we slept through most of the storm. This place was awesome.

This is totally reaching, but the only thing i can come up with is maybe a full service restaurant and bar.

A clean, modern, spacious hotel in a good location for Cape Canaveral. Comfortable beds in modern clean room. Breakfast was disappointing - hot food was luke warm, breakfast finished at 9am - the staff were waiting to pull the barriers across on the dot of 9am. With families and travelers, breakfast should be available until 9.30 or 10am. The only blemish on an otherwise excellent hotel.

Location was great and the hotel exceeded my expectations with cleanliness and just how friendly everyone was. The breakfast was very good - just a suggestion - maybe add more healthy choices to the menu. There were lots of sugary, sweet, calorie-laden options but very few options for those who are looking to eat healthy. I really did enjoy my stay here and would highly recommend!

Again, it was a great place to stay - rooms were super roomy, clean and comfortable. I made a suggestion regarding the breakfast about adding some healthy alternatives to their menu. Location was great and staff very friendly.

We stayed the night before our cruise. It was a very nice hotel and a great location. We also found a great place for dinner across the street (Zarreli’s). I would stay her again especially if taking a cruise

Husband fell on a cruise so we had to stay a few days unexpected. Staff was so accommodating and so very helpful. If we needed anything they were on top of it. I only wish that we could have used all that the hotel has to offer. Breakfast was good I was able to bring my husband a plate. I only wish that Breakfast offered a bigger gluten free selection. But at least they had chex cereal, so I had a bowl each day. We will definitely look to stay here again the next time we go on a cruise out of Port Canaveral. I couldn't thank the staff enough.
