The staff on reception were lovely and very helpful, particularly the lady who checked us in. She gave us some recommendations for places to eat and drink locally, and they were great! They were very accommodating when we had a problem with the AC in our room and we were given an alternative room straight away.

That it was close to port..close to ocean..close to resturaunts and stores and it was clean!!!

No elevator so lugging heavy luggage up a flight of stairs was difficult. My husband carried two older ladies luggage up for them as well .. I think they should at least have a porter 24/7 just for luggage

Location: Just a 2 minute walk from the beach and Cocoa Beach pier Staff was really nice and helpful and pointed out rocket starts and where to watch them. Bed was comfortable Pool area was very clean and had nice lounge chairs in the shade, the water was nice and warm (but not too hot like other hotels that we've stayed at in the area)

Breakfast was very sad. There were only paper plates and single use spoons/knives. The seating area was also very small, and there were very few tables for a lot of people. It was not at all inviting to sit down. On day 2 we ended up just grabbing a banana and a biscuit and eating it outside which was way more enjoyable than the breakfast "room". We would have gladly payed a few extra Dollars to have actual plates and silverware and an area to sit that was slightly more inviting. The breakfast options were limited and not very healthy, but definately okay for the price. The floors in the room were not very clean (the rest of the room seemed very clean though) and we didn't feel comfortable to walk barefoot.

The location is excellent, it is 100m from the pier and 100m from bars & restaurants & shops. The rooms are adequate and have everything you need. The staff are friendly and keep the rooms clean. This is not a five star hotel, so don’t expect one for the money that you pay. It is a value for money hotel and I would recommend it.

I’m not picking small things to moan about so nothing to say except thanks for a great stay.

The local beach was barely a 7 minute walk away. That alone was worth the stay. To have that beach access was a 10. The day receptionist Katie was excellent. She was especially needed and appreciated when my traveling companion ran into a minor Health Issue. She was very helpful in providing local information and handling arrangements. Good complimentary hot breakfast. The location was great for an airport shuttle and for the cruise shuttle.

Old fashioned motel sytle with two floors with outside doors. It does have that advantage of easy in and out, a plus for those with mobility issues. The water pressure was lacking due to old pipes I presume. Nothing much the hotel can do.

Property is great! It is cheap and cheerful but for the money I don't know what other people are expecting! It was clean, serviced well everyday and had extremely friendly and helpful staff. There was a $10pp Cruise-ship/port shuttle available to book at the front desk for 3 different time slots which worked great for me. We stayed 8 nights before a cruise holiday and thought location was amazing - <5mins to beach/pier and supermarket and ~30 mins to walk to big shopping complex. We had room with mini kitchen and were able to cook pasta and make sandwiches easily! FISH CAMP GRILL NEXT DOOR IS AMAZING - DON'T BOTHER WITH ALE HOUSE - food, atmosphere and service much better at Fish Camp Grill where I ended up eating 5/8 nights! Have several other cruise holidays booked and will be staying there again!

I didn't like that there wasn't a single person discount for breakfast when it is included in room price for 2 people (I was adult and small infant who didn't eat breakfast). The floor in my room was a bit 'sticky/greasy/slippery' and I'm not sure if this was just my room or the floor cleaning product used but I personally wore flip flops most of the time inside as didn't like the feeling.

Ideal for a two night stay prior to a cruise from Port canaveral. Great location, very close to Cocoa Beach Pier, enjoyed our visit to Ron Johns Surf Shop just along the road, Publix very close for last minute cruise shopping and lots of restaurant/casual dining options. Laundry useful. Didn’t get chance to try the pool but looked nice, especially if you have kids. Room was basic, bed comfortable, bathroom clean, plenty of hot water and towels. Ideal little breakfast area which was complementary, clean and although choices were limited compared to a fancy hotel they were well cooked and tasty. Would recommend. Also liked that the parking was right outside our room.

An additional ‘net’ curtain for privacy from the main road, minor issue as we just closed the thicker curtain as needed. We had no issue with road noise.

For me “ the bed mattress was a little uncomfortable .. just my opinion

Breakfast was good. Location by the pier and beach very good. Beds were comfy. The pool was great too.

Couldn’t find dish soap so we had to leave dishes for housekeeping. Didn’t want to do that. Had to call for help with the fold out couch. Maintenance showed up very quick which was great. The shower didn’t work so great, water everywhere on the floor. Had to soak it up. The hall and kitchen light switch was above the refrigerator so it was hard to find. The kitchen light looked like it would fall down. The room was big enough but I guess just older so it seemed overpriced for what we got.

We were absolutely happy with our stay, we had a room with a double bed and stayed there for 4 nights with two small children. Our room was cleaned every day and the staff were very nice. The pool was heated which is absolutely fantastic in winter! You could also do laundry (total of 5USD for washer, dryer, detergent) which worked well. Certainly not a 5 star facility, but all in all a solid place to stay!

The breakfast was ok, it could have been better, but you could tell the staff were making an effort and I think it was good enough for the budget they have.
