The Hotel was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable. We did have a balcony with 2-chairs outside, but sadly the door was locked and could not be opened. Great location for what we came for (Kennedy Space Center). Discovered a great path to the ocean from the hotel. Great beach for a nice walk. Or a swim. Nice pool.

I have never been charged for parking at a hotel we are staying at. It was not under ground, or even covered. Just a parking lot. It was 10-dollars a night to park.. Also they could offer free coffee for their travelers. StarBucks on sight, but not free.

I liked the staff on site, as well as our room, the amenities like the pool, restaurant and bar. We were in a nice area with plenty of things to do.

The only thing I didn’t like was I just wish our room was a bit cleaner. We had two pillows with hair on them, the sheets a little stained and I found like lip stick on the door of the bathroom.

I really enjoyed the location as well as all of the amenities the hotel had to offer and the staff was great!

I didn’t like that there aren’t any showers outside to rinse yourself off at the beach before coming back to the hotel especially considering one of the hotel amenities is private beach access.

The location to the pool and ocean were close. We loved the size and comfort of the room, as well as the low noise level. Staff was always accommodating and nice. We will definitely stay here next year for vacation

The bathtub was extremely slippery. I did end up falling in tub and yanking down the curtain. I feel it was very dangerous especially for older and younger guests.

The room was fresh and clean. The bed was amazing!!!! The carpets very clean and I enjoyed the downstairs bistro and coffee shop. Overall it was just pleasant and I enjoyed the space. I felt comfortable, safe and private.

The Bistro was a bit backed up in the kitchen. I waited much longer than 30 min for my called in order for pick up.

Parking was somewhat confusing at first. Not as close to the beach as I would have liked.

Great room, great location, loved the pool and the bistro, helpful friendly staff, direct beach access. We enjoyed our stay so much that we changed our plans to return to Cocoa Beach sooner than planned.

The bed could have been better

Liked that it was a short walk to the beach. The lady who checked us in helped out by looking up my Bonvoy number. Loved the fire pit outside.
