Convenient location. I went down for my cousin's funeral. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to try to accommodate my request of close rooms even though they had a book conference and were very busy. My parents were able to eat breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. It was very close to everything, food, stores, gas, and the places I needed to be. The beds are soft and they have a keurig in every room. The staff were so nice that they were even so kind and patient to the woman who literally nitpicked every last thing upon check-in and checkout. This is where I'll stay every time I'm in the area.

The staff! Jenkins in particular, he was absolutely wonderful! When I arrived he checked the room that I was going to be staying in to make sure it was suitable for the purpose that I was staying there for. It wasn’t. I didn’t even have to go in and find out. He insisted on moving me and helped me with my cart that was loaded down with items. He held doors, helped me push it and even helped me get it into the hotel room door ( which is challenging trying to balance the cart, door and be mindful of not damaging anything trying to do that)! I really appreciated his kindness, professionalism and going above and beyond.

I liked the setup for the free breakfast as a restaurant rather than a food buffet that everyone gathered around in line to get food then it’s this mass set up and cleanup. I thought it was a very well thought out idea and you could order your food to be made to order. That also meant that there was a higher likelihood that people would tip.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. We did not hear any outside noise which is always a plus for a good night sleep. The breakfast was very good. The breakfast staff was very helpful, and the service was quick. We paid a little extra for breakfast to be included and it was worth it. The morning desk staff were very pleasant and helpful.

We had to wait awhile for any desk staff to show up to check us in. It was not late - about 7 PM. The bartender from the adjoining lounge called to us that she would be right there but when no one came after 10 minutes, they went on their own to find her. When she arrived, she offered no apology for the wait and was a bit short with us as if we were bothering her. Did not set the best tone for the stay but after that service greatly improved.

Rachel was wonderful as she managed to get us connecting rooms after all. My daughter and I were able to spend hours chatting and then had a good night. See statement belowRachel was awesome . Without her help I would have hesitated to book with your hotel again.

the website stated that breakfast was complimentary, however, it was only free for 2 people in our room instead of all 4 people. this was sneaky on the hotel's part, and since we paid for 4 guests to stay , all 4 should receive complimentary breakfast. desk clerk gave some lame excuse about it. also, if you book 1 room for 4 people, you should provide 4 towels in that room.

Facility is clean, front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, room was quiet, beds were comfortable, location was good with easy access to I-95. The only downside is the hotel bar closes at 10pm even if there are customers waiting to be served.

Except for bar hours no changes are necessary.

I did not stay at this location on this night. I have spoken with the hotel numerous times and they have waived their fee yet booking.com is charging me for a room we did not stay in. We stayed the next night and had a pleasant stay. Can you PLEASE give my money back for this one? We have been promised by 3 different people yet nothing has been done

Very good. I stayed during Hurricane Nicole. The staff was overwhelmed by another property's guests coming over to eat. The entire staff pitched in and dealt with a difficult situation with a positive helpful attitude and professionalism.

I think a pet friendly facility needs to have a flooring that is not carpet. I think it would empower your housekeeping staff in their responsibilities and add to the hygiene of the rooms.

Breakfast made to order by an excellent chef, modest cost of $10 or less. All staff very welcoming and helpful. Rooms as advertised. Very clean. Free parking on site. Chick filet and McDonald's adjacent, Perkins a short block away. Highly recommended.

That I did not get put in a room beside the Interstate. That the bedding was sparkling clean. The fresh cooked breakfast. The room did NOT smell like a dog!
