Let guest know the rooms are on the OUTSIDE NOT INSIDE!!! If I had known that I would have picked a different place.

the rooms are on the OUTSIDE NOT INSIDE….. AND THERE WERE NO ELEVATORS!! Had to take 5 BAGS UP 2 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS!!

Didn't do the Breakfast but the location to the port was great

The only problem we had is the room key didn't want to work at first but the staff took care of the problem right away

We only stayed for 1 night. Room was clean, beds were clean and comfortable, staff was nice and knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was good.

The outside could’ve used a good sweeping. The breakfast area and seating needs to be expanded. We didn’t eat breakfast because there was no room to move or sit. The area in the side of the hotel, fenced or gated, some of the employees were taking a smoke break, was not very appealing to walk through. Maybe have an area out of view.

Staff was awesome. Very accommodating and extremely helpful and approachable !! Would recommend this property. The breakfast was bery good. Nice variety and offers ample time to enjoy breakfast. Food was fresh and coffee was pretty nice. Getting around the city is easy. Walkable as well. Close to the beach and there are plenty of delicious places to eat and enjoy your day. The shuttle to the port was great. Easy to reserve with staff, easy to board and enjoyable ride to the port. Overall wonderful experience.

Would have liked a hot tub or jacuzzi on site. But pool was nice 😊

We had a four day stay at this property with my wife and two children prior to our Cruise. The facilities were great for what we needed Pool was heated an open day/night for us to use when we returned on an evening. The breakfast buffet is limited but the kids loved making there own warm waffles there is enough there to get you on your way on a morning. Great location to access places up and down cocoa beach, we were also able to watch a rocket launch from Kennedy Space Centre from the balcony which the kids loved.. Overall enjoyed our stay at the Wyndham Cocoa Beach

Room a good size, clean bedding and comfy bed. The pool was heated and a great sun trap, lots of beds around the pool. Offers basic breakfast in the mornings but better than expected, eggs, waffles, toast, sausage etc. The rooms were large and beds queen size. Good shower and toiletries. Location is a bit away from the bigger shops but Pig and Whistle 5 mins drive had great food, beach is walking distance. Wifi worked great for me to be joining zoom calls. A great, affordable hotel. Lots of free parking.

Nothing really to say, it was as I'd hoped and cleaner than I expected.

The pleasant demeanor and professionalism stood out as they handled my check-in process efficiently while taking the time to provide helpful recommendations for local dining. When I encountered a minor issue during my stay, they resolved it promptly, leaving me impressed by their commitment to guest satisfaction. I'll gladly recommend this hotel to others, largely thanks to the staffs outstanding hospitality.

The hot Breakfast was amazing!! Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. The pool and grounds were manicured and clean. The location is super convenient! The motel has two restaurants on site: a sports bar type place and a combo Japanese/Thai restaurant. We opted for the latter, and whoa the sushi was amazing!!

The motel could still use a little more updating. Some things are a little worn and the contracted room work was definitely a budget job. The room lacked perfection, but the staff, grounds, restaurants, breakfast, and staff made up for that. Still a great value!
