I loved the location and being so close to the beach. Loved going on the balcony and looking at the ocean. Loved that restaurants are in walking distance.

I did not like walking into the lobby and having staff seem like they were unhappy. Seemed like it was an annoyance to do there job. The staff are supppose to be welcoming and we surely did not get that vibe!!

Thomas was wonderful. He greeted us for us right into room. Helped us find a pizza place. The room was amazing. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Florida.

It said online that they had sofa beds well it's was not a sofa bed. It was like a lounge couch which didn't fit my 5'8" daughter thank God it was only one night. I wasn't informed until I checked in that I had to pay for parking. Which I think is crazy I'm paying 200 plus for a room then your going to charge me 10.00 a day to park.

This was the perfect stay before our cruise. There are restaurants within walking distance and it is right next to the pier. The rooms were nicely updated and clean. Breakfast was good.

Excellent breakfast , very tasty and always topped up when more food were needed. Super lady running the breakfast station jolly and chatted to all guests, another guy overseeing the breakfast was also excellent - very fastidious about hygiene and approached people in a friendly but firm manor . I was at this hotel a year ago and standards were v good then - but its even better this year!

Theres very little to dislike , i would have appreciated a bar price list at the poolside bar ,. as the drinks go on your hotel bill but theres no itemised account ie wine £10 beer $5 etc etc.....

The view and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good. Although the gentlemen staff member stocking the breakfast was absolutely RUDE...

Rude gentleman serving breakfast. I inconvenienced him by asking for a paper bowl. He reaction was mad and just handed me a stack of paper bowls. He made it very clear I wasn't welcomed.

Loved the oceanfront view and that it has an outside balcony to sit on. Great breakfast, friendly and attentive staff. Walking distance to the beach. pier and shops and restaurants. Room was clean modern and comfortable bed. Bathroom was updated nicely and I liked that there was soap lotion and shampoo supplied. Pool was good size and clean and poolside towels were provided for guests. Easy check in and check out too.

I would like a blanket to be available on the beds or in the room. We were charged a pet fee after check out but we didn’t have a pet so I called and they quickly reversed the charge.

The early check in for a reasonable price was nice. We had a problem with the ocean view being blocked by the shack for umbrellas, the staff graciously moved us to a higher room which was perfect. It was very nice to have staff so friendly and immediately to resolve an issue

The breakfast was ok, not a lot of variety. More fruit choices would be nice. Also the last day the 2 types of eggs had peppers which I can’t eat. The taste was vary average and clearly pre packaged food. The sausage gravy was really not good. This would have been so been so much better with fresh made eggs and more selection than sausage, like bacon. Over all it was average, but would not keep me from staying again, I would be eating out as I hoped the food would be better as the days progressed but each day of our stay was the same. I ended up eating bagels instead, which that selection was nice.

Great location in Cocoa Beach close to restaurants, grocery store and even the church I wanted to go to! The pool was heated. We got a lovely balcony. The room was spacious and seemed newly remodeled. They had laundry facilities and a good daily breakfast offering. The staff was very helpful with keeping luggage beforehand, printing tickets and shuttle recommendation. Special shoutout to Matt who ran the breakfast rush!

Nothing really. There was a space above lobby that can used as a waiting lounge. It’s hard to talk outside with the waterfall feature running. We were facing the pool and there was an incredibly loud dude one day. Ask for a different or higher floor if noise sensitive.

I checked in later Evening & was greeted by female staff member in Reception. (Efficient check-in, all questions answered & info given..) The Room was quiet, a good size/space; very comfortable Bed. I appreciated having a Balcony that overlooked Cocoa Beach & Pier. I especially appreciated the Bath & having this option in a Room.

Breakfast was good overall with decent variety. I notified the Hotel in advance that I would require Gluten-free options. Only thing I missed out on having was Gluten-free Bread on both Mornings. (I did ask a staff member if any was available..)

Room was clean and comfortable. Location was very good and parking was great. Delicious included breakfast and friendly staff.

Checkin process needs work. I received a link to check in before arriving. I uploaded by ID and credit card and it charged $1 on my card to verify. But when I arrived at the property I had to wait in line to check in and then provide my ID and credit card a second time. I won't do the advanced check in again as I don't see the point! Very annoying after uploading my personal info.
