Location was great, view was great, beach perfect nice and clean, not crowded

We arrived on Sunday got settled and spent time at the pool, we went to the restaurant for a later dinner noted it was open to 9pm, we arrived at 8.15 they were closed when questioning the staff, they said they had a long day and due to no activity decided to close early. The tiki bar was closed also. Monday restaurant and tiki bar closed all day, so we have to look elsewhere for lunch and dinner. Only had a three night stay and was disappointed that we could not find a suitable place to eat on site.

The price was right, the location was great for us being that's where I grew up. Staff very nice and helpful. The apt. Was very clean, and accommodating. The one thing I didn't like is that the kitchen Exhaust fan from the grill is directly under the Balcony, so the Balcony is pretty much useless until wee hours of the nite, also un less your a big fan ok karaoke, the music gets loud, and the singers aren't the best,lol.😅, I would definitely stay again just at the north side. Very easy access to beach, didn't use the pool but look very nice. Tiki bar was a plus, a life saver if you didn't take any snacks to the beach, good drinks. Enjoyed ourselves. 😉

As I mentioned, the kitchen exhaust under the Balcony, noisy, and smell of food, so no setting outside until we'll after midnight, and the Karaoke, you need to be a big fan of not so good singers,if your trying to sleep. Best yo book a apt on the north side.

The location is excellent for a beach day before a cruise departure. It’s clean and quiet, right on the beach, near restaurants and a grocery store, and we had a great view from the fourth floor. But what really made the trip wonderful was the staff. We had all kinds of flight problems due to bad weather, but the lady who answered when we called about our late arrival was very pleasant and reassuring (FYI I had to look up the property online because the number Booking gave us took me to a hard sell for a medic alert). When we finally arrived after 2:00 am, stressed and exhausted, the gentleman treated us like old friends. Really, all the staff we encountered were very welcoming.

Especially given the price, the facilities could use some attention. Everything worked, just not necessarily well—pillows were lumpy, shower had low water pressure (and reversed controls), cabinets didn’t quite close, and the blow dryer managed to be somehow both under powered and obnoxiously loud. With a bit more investment in the facilities this could be really a superior property.

The accommodation is on the beach so to say its only separated with a few palm trees. We had a 2 bed 2 bathroom suit. The apartment came with everything you needed, it was like being at home, and beach-pool towels were supplied. Perfect for a family holiday kids games room adult gym / pool bar / restaurant. Its only 2 minutes if that away from Coco Beach Pier, and a short uber to Down Town Coco Beach ( $14 )

Room was clean and had a well equipped kitchen. Nice showers. Grounds & pool were nice. Covered parking was convenient, no hot car to get into. Short walk to beach and Cocoa Beach Pier. We ate sushi at the Pier62, it was good. Will visit this hotel again. We recommend!

Our room was on the second floor, glimpse of ocean visible beoynd the bushes, no sight of beach. Higher floors have better views. Our room was near the elevators, during the night we could hear all the traffic and people talking (thin windows).

It was nice to have the convenience of the restaurant on site. We also enjoyed the karaoke. Had some quiet time relaxing by the pool and we took advantage of the hot tub.

On the booking website the photos did not match the room we ended up with. Photos showed an end unit with a window in the living room and more of a beach view from the balcony.

Awesome view of ocean. Personable staff. Had nice recreation room. Played billiards. Nice pool. Room was very clean. Kitchen well stocked. Comfortable bed. Covered free parking. Updated flooring. Plenty of storage. Black out drapes.

Couch needs replacing due to being dirty. Baseboards need replacing due to old paint and marked up. Makes room look dirty, though it is not. Lighting fixtures in bathrooms are much too bright. A lot of heat from old style hot bulbs should be updated with warm LED's.

Staff and location cannot be beat

I double checked and rechecked that we would not be on 2nd floor(no view) when we arrived we were told 2nd floor.. then they found a room on 3rd floor only to be told oh sorry it's has some facilities issues. So back to 2nd floor with view of trees and only sounds of the ocean

Great location and very clean. The game room was cheap and all the games and pool tables worked! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had lots of space with a great view! The path to the beach was short and easy to get to. Beach was beautiful!

They had a coffee maker and filters in the room but no coffee. 😭

The resort has on site amenities, rentals, restaurant. The location is perfect with enough within walking distance to keep you busy. The condos are spacious and stocked. Easy beach access.

We ended up on a lower floor this visit, we didn’t much of an ocean view, it was blocked by the vegetation. Luckily it was a short stay this time and we didn’t spend much time in the room.
