Front desk & breakfast staff were extremely friendly & helpful. They were attentive to mine & my husband’s needs even though they were consistently busy with people coming & going. The breakfast staff offered to get us coffee refills before the kitchen closed. So kind! We were very impressed!

The hotel room could have been cleaner. The bathroom seemed to have been a bit neglected in the vanity & shower. As someone in the cleaning profession, l get that hair still remains behind after a thorough cleaning sometimes, but this appeared to be more on the side of a quick “wipe down” vs cleaning, as there was residual scum & shower doors were streaked & cloudy vs cleaned with a new dry cleaning towel. And the vanity had residue from products that was sticky/dried on. Also there was still trash on the floor like it had been rushed vacuuming- if at all.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable for me and my family. The breakfast as always, was great and my grandson loved the waffles!!! I've always stayed here because of the convenience of the location when we go on our family cruise. The staff is amazing and so professional!!! See you next year!!!

I feel that most of the guests don't care for any changes. I feel that the hotel is in a great location and serves everyone's needs.

The location was very good for our purposes to visit Kennedy Space Center. The space center is a 20 minutes drive away. The hotel was quiet and very clean. Even though we spend only 2 nights we were able to use the pool. The water was very warm but clean and rather salty than with chloride. Fresh pool towels are available around the pool.

Plastic over plastic at breakfast. Everything from plates to cutlery and cups were made out of plastic and for single use only. It‘s a shame. Reusable things would really make the difference.

Breakfast was pretty good, well taken care of when things ran out.

The whole pool and outside area needs sprayed for ants and spiders. The outside furniture was worn badly and even dirty. The outside is where most people hang so it needs to be taken care of better.

The property was very clean! And very close to Port Canaveral Cruise Port. The breakfast was adequate for starting the day.

The refrigerator didn’t work. It wasn’t cool at all. I’m not sure if it was even plugged in. But this wasn’t a big issue being that we were there only for an overnight stay. I booked 2 rooms expecting them to be close together. But instead we were placed on different floors from one another. I didn’t make a big deal of it because we checked in really late. But this would have been an issue if it had been a longer stay.

Facility was lovely and pool was fabulous for the 99 degree weather. Staff helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

Very limited drinks and snacks available at the hotel and road was very busy to cross, although we had to. There appears to be a pool bar (visible alcohol), but not staffed. Would have been nice to have cold drink available given the heat!

Front desk had some very good and friendly workers but one of them was not friendly at all. I can't remember her name but she seemed new. Also there was a lot of confusion at the front desk both during check in and check out. Having one desk for 2 hotels is not very practical. People didn't know where to line up.

The pool and bar area was so inviting! The bartender was amazing, I wish I had gotten his name so I could compliment him! Overall the stay was absolutely great! Will definitely book here again every time we take a cruise!

The only problem we had was there was only a half of a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. There was no extras rolls. And we didn't notice until one of us was in there and needed more. We called and asked for more and 15 minutes later still no toilet paper, poor friend had to sit on the toilet waiting. We called back after the 15 minutes and someone brought some up finally.

Over all it was a great place to stay. Close to the cruise port and food. It had a nice pool with some seating and a fire pit. There where also plenty of luggage carts around to haul your luggage. Also had plenty of parking.

The only negative things I could say is one of the girls at the front counter was rude to customers(Not me) but people on the phone that where wanting information or directions from what I could tell. Water pursue in the shower was awful. I have short hair and was difficult to wash my hair. Wife has long hair and was almost impossible.

The location is very good.

The staff could be more helpful and communicative. The person checking me in gave a handicap access room without asking me if I wanted it. I didn't but chose not to take the effort to change it. I asked another one a question and got a sharp response of "I don't know!". The breakfast was powdered eggs and cut up hot dogs.
