Parking. The room and amenities were great. However, parking was a nightmare. The last night there, there was no parking a several cars with no guest pass. We went to office and they simply apologized and said security was going to do rounds and check. I sw security and asked them about someone who had taken 2 spots. Security proceeded to say "What do you want me to do about it." He covered his badge and walked away. We had to park at another hotel where a family member was staying and ha e them drive is back. We tried to let management know at checkout, but they told front desk they were at meeting and would call. We are still waiting for that call. The upsetting thing is we just purchased timeshare too. Shameful, hope corporate see this and has a good look at security

Room was very clean and had everything that we needed. Pool and water features were very nice and not very crowded. Office staff was friendly and welcoming. Beach was very nice and had good access and amenities.

Parking was limited, but we always managed to find a space reasonably close to our room.

We went to the Property a day before it was our time to board our cruise ship. They did not provide transportation, but the amenities were really nice, especially since we got there on Super Bowl Sunday. We had access to the lazy river and the pool was only a little ways away. We didn’t purchase any food items, but they had free delivery from a local pizza place and the pizza was decent. Our room was very clean considering it was so close to the beach. There was no sand anywhere. We had everything we needed for a one night stay. I would stay there longer.

Honestly, the only thing that I didn’t like about the property is that we were on the first floor and we could hear the family above us on the second floor. There is no elevator so we were traveling with my elderly grandmother so we didn’t want to stay on the second floor. Other than that, everything was great.

Room and facility cleanliness was superb except for the pigeon poop on the handrails to the 2nd Fl of Bldg 1. Access to the private beach was a very short walk. Rooms had sufficient cooking utensils for those cooking in. Staff were accommodating at all times and very friendly. Dave, a military veteran who has worked there for 8 years as a maintenance tech was recognized for his helpfulness and friendliness.

Parking was limited on site especially during the day when day sharers were in the fun pool area. Space in the reception area was limited and at times backed up when more than 3 families were checking in. Entrance to the resort was backed up when more than 5 vehicles were checking in or out. Prices at the Tiki lounge for food and drinks were steep other than happy hours from 12 - 1p and 6 to 7p. Shower water pressure was weak. Be ware of the extra costs for beach chairs, umbrellas and other items. BBQ self ignitor units near the Tiki lounge did not work which required maintenance to use a lighter for safety causing cooking delays.

Good location, big room and really nice and friendly service. Comfortable parking and friendly front office.

Too much extra printed documentation. Nice but took a lot of time to get explanations which for 2 night stay could be limited. No information pre arrival that part of the water area is under contraction and it is out of order. This information could convince us to change the location. Lot of noise from the construction site team rebuilding the water park just outside our doors. But I guess this will improve the area for future. Would be nice to be informed in advance to make right decision.

The room was incredibly spacious and well-appointed. 2-bed, 2-bath. Could have stayed all winter! The pools were awesome. My kids lived in the lazy river. Easy walk to the beach as well with great chairs and umbrellas and easy walk to Publix and a bunch of restaurants. The staff though took this place to the next level. First, my rental car agency canceled their shuttle to our port and the Uber was oddly going to be $50. Westgate (I believe Trisha was the concierge who helped) has a relationship with the agency and arranged to have my family transported from the rental car agency to the port and back at no cost. Also, I left my AirPods in our hotel room and didn't notice for a week while we were on the cruise. Daniela (manager?) found them and mailed them back to me! Maybe that's just Florida... but where I'm from, they'd have been sold long before my trip ended!

The splash pad was under repair, which was noisy. I thought it was going to ruin the time outside but by afternoon the noise was minimal. My kids didn't care much about the splash pad anyway as they are older.

For us, Its a great place to spend a few days with family and grandkids. It’s conveniently located in Coco Beach right on the main drag, US1. You’re in walking distance to a lot of very good restaurants, shops, and activities. It doesn’t hurt that it has a lazy river, pool and splash pad. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. There’s a tiki bar by the pool with very good food ,frozen drinks and friendly staff.

As a family, we really enjoyed the two heated pools – the large pool (though it was a bit too cold during our stay to fully enjoy it) and the spacious apartment.

We only have one comment regarding the apartment – the floor felt too cold for us. However, the staff assured us that the floor is not cooled. We stayed on the second floor, so perhaps the apartment below us was strongly air-conditioned.

Overall Prices of room and bar a bit steep, bird droppings on stairways and hand rails, slippery, unsafe tub shower with out handrails, parking situation for room guests very tight (consider room numbered parking spots), BBQ grills hard to start (better with stick lighter)

I loved the attentiveness of the staff, better than anywhere else I have stayed. I also loved the cleanliness of the property, that was very important to me and so was the upkeep of the rooms and property. I felt very comfortable and at home during our stay!!!!! The kids and the adults loved all of the water features. I enjoyed having activities right on site and we loved being able to walk to the beach.

I love the room, there was a bit of a chemical smell of some sort that was very strong and it did not smell like cleaning products, other than that everything was fine. The main big pool water seemed a little murky a couple mornings. We would have enjoyed having breakfast options onsite. We would have enjoyed possibly having milk and cereal as options to purchase in the hotel store. I did not like the fact that there was not an elevator to get to the second floor.
