There was no breakfast and I think the location is awesome

I did not like the fact of on your website web page you asked me if I want a smoking or a non-smoking room and I click on smoking and then I get to the facility and they inform me that they don't offer a option of smoking that none of their rooms are for smoking and yes I have a problem with that because some of us old people still enjoy smoking cigarettes and you can't even smoke on the balcony do you realize how uncomfortable it is once you put pajamas on then you have to get redress to go outside and stand in the pouring rain while you smoke a cigarette because you can't smoke a cigarette in the room or on the balcony no totally unsatisfied with that one

Had the best time. I actually teared up leaving 😢 lol. The bed was so comfy. I slept so great. I didn't want to leave. We were only there for 2 nights traveling with 3 other adults and 1 toddler. While we were there, it was crappy rainy and a little chilly weather for our one beach day, but we still had a blast. The hotel had a kid center, which was great for toddlers on rainy days. They also had movie theater and splash pad. The pool was clean and warm, especially for the low 70s temps and rain on and off while we were there. Our room was clean and very nice. The view was great, and the beach access was wonderful. We will def be coming back. It will be our new beach destination 😎 when coming to Florida. The staff was friendly and helpful and everything from room, hallways, elevator, everything was clean and well kept.

The Resort was beautiful. There were six adults and two children in our room and we all slept very comfortably. We did ask for a roll away bed and a crib for the kids and it was perfect. The pool was open late, which we loved. The children's play room was awesome, they had so much fun. The pool tables were great for the adults and always available, even on the rainy day. There was also live music by the pool. It was a great little vacation. We will definitely be back 😍

Honestly I loved everything. We had a fantastic time. The only thing that I would have done differently is not go to the concierge counter. We signed up for a vacation deal that was way too expensive but that was our own fault. They were not pushy, I was just trying to get information about the area and got roped into a sales seminar that took a lot of our time and money. But like I said that was our own fault for falling for it.🤣

The beach was absolutely lovely. We found that on cloudy days, the water takes a bit longer to warm up—so heading out after lunch turned out to be the best plan. The ocean was calm, the sand was clean, and the overall atmosphere felt peaceful. Our hotel really impressed us. It offered a wide variety of amenities including a sparkling pool, an on-site restaurant, a movie t heater, an arcade, and both basketball and tennis courts. The area had a Carolina Beach vibe, just with more hotels and a slightly more spread-out layout. If you weren’t in the mood for the cozy charm of family-run restaurants, there were other dining and shopping options a little farther out. We had a great time and would definitely visit again.

The resort was in a great location with private beach access. Staff was so welcoming and helpful with everything, they gave us a shopping cart when they saw us come in with a large amount of groceries. They informed us about a rocket launch that we could watch from the beach at 2:45 am. It was an amazing experience.The apartment was really spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and prepared for a long stay. There is a game room and a theater, they also have a Mexican restaurant in the resort. Really great place!!!

Everything! Had all amenities you could want and then some. Had activities throughout the day and even a Movie theater! The whole hotel was obviously updated recently and was clean! The main room/kitchenette and 2 bedrooms were spacious and the 2nd bathroom made it so convenient and private. Both the staff and the customers were so friendly probably due to the happy carefree "I ❤️ this place" atmosphere. Was kind of like a cruise ship in a way but you could explore the "island" at any time and not worry about getting back to the ship in time. Plenty of good eateries! Got lucky and watched a SpaceX rocket launch!

If you walk the beach you will want to take shoes off or have a towel for your feet as you come into your room or you will have sand everywhere. Of course they thought of this too and provide broom and dust pan in each room.

The proximity to the beach was great! Self service towel system. Take towels, return them. The wrist bands for easy access to rooms and other facilities, instead of worrying about a card everywhere you go. VERY clean from the lobby to our room. Hotel staff was super friendly as well.

The proximity to shops and restaurants. There is a great Mexican restaurant within the hotel but everything else was a short drive away. Lots of places to eat within 2 miles of hotel.

This was my families first vacation. My girls are 11 and 9. I just would like to day that Cindy at the front desk checked us in and made us feel like home. She became best friends with my girls. Every time they saw her they had to talk to her. They even looked for her when she wasn't visible. She knew the girls by name and made it extra special. Please give her a shout out for us. We will definitely be back in the future.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. If I have to pick one thing it would be the beach towel return. I was so nervous about making sure that it went thru that we returned them. That's about it

The facilities are really nice. The pool is heated and the hot tub is very cozy. Pool/Hot tub stay open fairly late which is refreshing to me (I'm there for vacation and relaxing, not go to bed at sundown). The beach access is nice. The rooms are very spacious and well laid out. Full kitchen is a plus. The Mexican restaurant onsite has really good food. Towels for the pool are always stocked and easy to get.

Shower water pressure could stand a boost. The onsite Mexican restaurant is a little pricey. Poolside Tiki bar closes a little early.

It was almost everything we were hoping for. The staff treated us like VIPs. They weee very awesome.

It was more noisy than I would have expected at such a nice place. Kids outside at 11pm screaming at the pool. There was also a very aggressive person overseeing the pool. He began closing up the umbrellas very early because of the wind and a group of people came in and tried to open one of them and I think they may have broke. It and when he saw it he came over and accused us of doing it when he clearly saw us put our things down and knew it wasn’t us. He got in our faces and I think that was unnecessary.
