Room was very spacious, very clean, a little dated. Bed very clean & comfortable. Location pretty central to Cocoa Beach area, near Ron Jon's, and some restaurants. Waffle House next door. 5 minute walk to beach.

We were aware that there was no pool, or onsite breakfast when we booked, but still missed those.

The suite was very large and comfortable, living room with kitchenette, spacious bedroom and bathroom with nice hot shower. We were on top floor had a lovely view. Close to the beach. Great air con. Easy checkin/out. Staff were very helpful. Good value for money

The furniture is a little outdated Kitchenette had no cutlery or dishes

Great choice and priced reasonably. We would go back to this hotel the next time we are in Cocoa Beach

I did like the location and customer service was friendly, it was in a great location to get to the cruise port. I like room setup

The property is outdated and need repairs, the carpet was dirty and outdated, the air condition was being held up by a wood block. The had a spell I had to go and purchased air freshener the light in the bathroom wasn’t working, the put a lamp in the bathroom that was not enough light. the phone was inoperable. I am Glad we only stayed for one night.

Close to Coco beach . Lots of restaurants near.

This is our second stay at the Coco Beach Suites. we will stay again. It would be nice to have a direct number. And the owner never returned calls. We left messages and he never got back to us, Which made it a lot harder to book. Unprofessional in our book. If he wants customers, he should return the calls when a message is left.

We really wanted 3 beds in a comfortable room for a one night stay to watch the launch. The staff in the afternoon were very friendly and helpful! The beds were clean, but I could have used a blanket!

Our tv in the room with the 2 beds wouldn’t work. It might have been the remote but we were too tired to bother calling the office. In the morning I asked the staff for a hairdryer (details on the internet listed it as in the room). He said he couldn’t find one..sorry.

Location is perfect. Our renovated room was very nice. Staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive to any requests. Room was cleaned upon request and in a very efficient manner.

Older rooms (we were in for two nights) are in need of updates. Carpet in that room and in all hallways is in need of replacement. Hot water was always available after running the faucet for 5-10 minutes. WiFi in our room was rarely available or strong enough to support video when it was available. Outside of windows are in need of cleaning.

I liked how close we were to the beach just a five minute walk. I liked that the family suite is very spacious. The room was clean. I liked that the Ice machine was indoors. We were very comfortable.

I didn't like how I asked for extra blankets they never came. The phone worked but it was missing the directory to call. There were no tables and chairs in the room but We had a 1 seater couch.
