We ended up staying at the Paradise Beach Club, though they are owned by the same company. The condo was perfect, beautiful, and truly the first time that anywhere actually felt like a home away from home. The staff were incredible, and when I initially had an issue booking the wrong spot, they quickly changed me to PBC, with no problem. Everything was extremely comfortable, though the sheets themselves were a tiny bit rough, but not enough to be a problem.

The sheets were slightly rough and didn't want to stay on the mattress.

I booked 3 condos for our family. Each condo was different but extremely clean and well equipped. loved every minute of our time I dealt with Zareh he was extremely professional and answered every question within minutes. He was so extremely friendly and accommodating , very easy to deal with will recommend to more family and friends because of his help.

lumpy king bed mattress. It needs a real bed platform to support the mattress and not an old box spring. Kitchen utensils were lacking; no cooking fork, ice maker in the refrigerator was broken and management was informed.

Close to beach, condo was clean, pool.

Furniture in living room was worn out. But in a very nice condo. Construction next door. So, I did not open the blinds all week.

not enough luggage carriers when you arrived to get your items to your room - a little more lighting on the bedrooms - but in all was great!!

No breakfast,its a condo.Liked most everything.

2 tiles were loose on dining room floor.Someone came to look at them but didn't fix it. Could have easily fallen.

Love that the condo has great beach access. Our condo was near the gate to enter onto the beach which we loved. Love the pool and hot tub as well.
