Mold in Bathroom - I get it, the humidity is atrocious, But a little bleach cleaner would work wonders. Floors were filthy. Had to wipe up a water spill upon arrival and towel was black. Didn't see a mop on the cleaning carts either.

I paid extra for an ocean view and the first night (we got in late) and they gave us a room on the 2nd floor and there is no way you can see the ocean from there. I called complained and the next day they gave us a room on the 4th floor and definitely had a much better view of the ocean! So they are willing to work with us! The staff was so accommodating with giving us more towels and anything we needed! The stay was enjoyable… only thing is I expected another pool also, obit had the lazy River which advertised as pool.. but no obit lazy River! Breakfast was awesome! Would be happy to go again!

No other pool or jacuzzi .. but it was still great!

This is a great little property in a fantastic location in Cocoa Beach. Great value especially when you compare to rates at other properties. The lazy river was endless fun. Everything on the property is well maintained and you can tell they really care about the place. The ocean and beach is less than a 5 minute walk. Nice buffet breakfast with different options. Friendly staff.

The rooms had a few little issues but the value of the place allowed us to overlook them. Some of the light switches and lamps don’t work in the rooms which make it feel older. Some issues with the TV but there were 2 in the suites so we watched together on 1 TV. But really it’s overall a great place.

A really cool vintage vibe, close to the beach and restaurants. Breakfast options had something for everyone. Lovely spacious room. The outside public areas were really well kept and the lobby is beautiful. The Cocoa Beach Trolley/bus stops just out the front. Jennifer on the front desk was awesome!

It was as-advertised so we expected it to be an older place but it would benefit from a little more attention to detail. Sand on the floor when we arrived. Not enough pillows for 4 people. Pool view room that didn’t look out over the pool but instead over an unkept sunken grass area.

Right in the middle of Cocoa Beach! The pool is delightful. The breakfast is above average. The staff were friendly and so helpful. Our room fridge was acting up, and it was replaced within a very short time frame. Beachside is a very easy walk to the beach. There was a live band one night! It is a clean, family friendly place to stay. Small kitchenette is convenient. Bathroom is small but clean. There are extra hooks to hang up towels, bathing suits, etc.

I would have liked a small comfy chair in the room. It was a 2 bed room, so there isn't a lot of space for extra furniture. It does have a desk/table with 2 high chairs to sit at. I really would like a patio chair or 2 to sit outside our door in the evening.

Did a short vacation here before my 4 year old son and I got on a cruise. The hotel was perfect for us! Fun clean pool, breakfast food for my picky eater was served, yard games for us to play with. ! Little sand pit next to the pool with kids toys supplied, some of the best chicken salad I have had, 4 minute walk from the beach, tons of things to do with in walking distance. Th All the staff we encountered were friendly and nice and had smiles on their faces, especially Lou. My son loved her and she gave him a couple seq shells.❤️ The room was comfy and just right for my son and I. We slept so good every night in their clean beds too. Highly recommend for a fun family retreat!

Beautiful outside, love the lazy river, sand for kids and outside large movie and tv screen. Awesome to have restaurant and bar on property. Wonderful Breakfast staff and food. Mandy at the front desk made us feel so at home. Went out of her way to find us a room for early checkin. After getting off our cruise and with a rain storm it was great to have a room to relax. Convenience of having so many places to walk for food, groceries and shopping.

We had two different rooms for our group, in two different buildings. Strange almost musty smell in both rooms. We loved everything else but the smell is something that made this place not as pleasant.

Location, proximity to the beach and stores, this is the place to be and we will most likely stay here again when we return. Hotel owner was checking us in, gave us good tips on where to eat and attractions to check out. They also gave us coupons to use at the stores next door. Amenities, especially for the kids, were outstanding, there is a lazy river, volleyball court, a bar, movie every night that you can watch from the lazy river, everything closes pretty late, so you don't have to scramble to find activities for the kids before bedtime. Huge laundromat that's also open late.

Sadly, no coat hangers anywhere in the hotel. Hotel manager said that were getting some extras, but it was a bit of a hassle to hang clothes. No big deal, but still a bit strange. Also, way too crowded during breakfast. We ended up skipping breakfast the 2nd day because it wasn't worth the hassle. Maybe it was due to spring break crowd, but we did not enjoy breakfast experience. Food was OK, nothing special.

Hotel is super close to the beach, pool is nice and warm and I loved the movie playing at night for everyone on the lazy river. The restaurant and bar are convenient, the outdoor game area was fun. The room was spacious, beds comfy, and it actually smelled better than any other hotel room I've ever checked into in my life! The room was maybe a little pricier, but it was huge and I thought it was fair, especially if you're splitting with someone. They let us check in early, which was really helpful so we didn't have to leave our stuff in the hot car. It's right next door to Starbucks, Ron Jon, the cocoa Beach surf co., and a mini golf place so it's right in the middle of lots of stuff to do if you need a break from being in the water/sun. Will def stay here every time I come back to Cocoa. 🙂

The menu/prices at the restaurant are a little limited and expensive. Not sure I would eat there again, but the bartender was really sweet and personable.

We have stayed here multiple times and it does not disappoint. The location is perfect (mcdonalds across the street for the teenagers lol). Right beside Ron Jon surf shop for some souvenir shopping if needed. The breakfast is a great way to start everyday and the pool/lazy river are always clean and inviting. The poolside bar serves drinks and food if you don't want to lose your chair during the busy afternoon.

There is not much to dislike. I will say that some people would not like the fact that the rooms arent serviced everyday. I believe you have to stay a minimum of 3 nights before your room is serviced by housekeeping. However, you can request new towels from the front desk daily and they have no problem supplying them.
