Loved the location and staff. Everyone was super nice. We were able to walk to the beach from the hotel parking lot and watch a shuttle take off, amazing! Breakfast was good for the kids, but more GF options would be nice. There was always someone at the front desk, and being able to charge snacks to the room helped with three kiddos in tow. The free daily apples/bananas/coffee were also appreciated!!

We stayed 4-5 days and room service came once. (I was told at check in it was every other day, but once was a little rough for our fam of five.) That being said, when they did come, sheets/bed were changed/made on one* bed not the other? We did get new towels but nothing was wiped clean. So it was kinda off putting. I didn't know at the time of booking that they charged $10 a day for parking. The coffee maker in the room was missing the filter/coffee holder. Also the TV would not work, wifi problems so we purchased a Roku.

Staff was amazing: very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was mostly enjoyable, especially the waffles. Beach access was fantastic. We like that they combined pool access with the Marriot across the parking lot. Room was nice and ocean view balcony was amazing. Pool was fairly clean and perfect temperature.

It was a shame that the Hang Ten bar was closed for our entire visit. The pool did have an issue where a foot of water was drained on our last day there and the hotel staff had no initial knowledge of what was going on. Breakfast eggs and breakfast meats were not high quality: couldn't eat them. They served complimentary cookies to guests, but did not separate the peanut butter ones from the regular ones, which is hazardous for peanut allergy sufferers.

Great location! The walking path is right outside the hotel to get to the beach. Once you get to the beach, there’s a chair, umbrella rental stand. The view of the oven from our balcony was beautiful.

The ice machine is broken on the 5th floor. The room wasn’t serviced during the day while we were out. I had to ask everyday for fresh towels. They need to hire more housekeeping staff. Keep in mind the doors to the room are outside. The front desk staff seemed disgruntled and not as welcoming as most Hampton Inns I have stayed at. The most likely are short staffed. The breakfast was ok. It gets very very busy during breakfast, most guests were leaving for cruises and/or getting an early start.

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast space and food choices were very good! The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a perfect location for getting to the cruise terminal the next day.

I did not realize the doors to rooms were outside. We prefer the room entry to be inside the building. There were no grits on the breakfast buffet.

Everything here was wonderful. The front desk staff were amazing, we actually got into our room much earlier than we expected. Loved the coffee bar that was right there in the lobby. Our room was on the top floor, and the ocean view was gorgeous. Comfortable beds, and so quiet! No doors slamming, no sound of running water from the other rooms, just peace and quiet. The hotel is within walking distance of restaurants and shops, and a grocery store. The beach was a short walk from the hotel as well, and it was so convenient to find a company that rents umbrellas and beach chairs right there.

The breakfast was a little disappointing, we were there for four mornings and it was the same each morning. Also, I would love it if a water pitcher was set up in the lobby as well, with ice and maybe lemons or cucumbers in it.

Very clean, staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. Room were nice and clean.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice pool area. Lovely ocean facing room. Breakfast at Hampton Inns is disappointing (I guess they say it's free), but would rather have the option to pay a little more for more options. Also I don't think the plastic cutlery and cardboard plates are recycled? Overall a nice stay!

I liked the daily morning breakfast. I also enjoyed the all day access to hot tea or coffee. The facility was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location to the beach was a plus. I definitely would stay at this location again.

Even though the location was a distant from the cruise port you can still get transportation services.

Lovely hotel with balcony on every room, direct beach access and use of their pool, and the pool and hot tub in the Marriot beside them. Overall the room was great, lots of room, greats view, and good bed. The surrounding area is beautiful and couldn't recommend it enough!

The bathroom was average with an old enough feel. The seal on the doors could have being better and there was a slight noise when the wind picked up. Minimal services in the hotel itself as they expect you to use the bistro in the Marriot beside them as then hotels are partnered. The Marriot bistro is excellent though for breakfast, lunch, or even dinner!

The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. All rooms have a balcony and I was one the 7th floor with ocean view. I found the digital check in really handy. You're given the room number on the app the morning of your stay and can even view a floor plan to see exactly where your room is on the app, and when you arrive, just head straight to your room and open the door by holding your phone next to the lock. It was so easy and handy. I arrived behind a large group that was checking in at the front desk and was glad for digital check in because I bypassed all of them and went to the elevator and right to the room. I stayed one night pre cruise.

I have no complaints or negative issues to share.
