Rooms are nice

The guy who checked us in plainly told me he couldn't help what room we got because we went through booking.com instead of paying them ...so we felt like we were treated different than other guest bc we like deals.

We really liked the room. Perfect for what we were looking for. Front desk was very friendly and helpful

They were painting the floors. They were rerouting us to our room. The worst part was when I asked a person for directions to our room (since the closed off the main hall because of paint), I was given terrible attitude by a custodial or maintenance person. He looked at me like I was stupid. I explained to him that we just checked in and he just pointed an alternate route. Also, The room smelled like fresh paint.

This resort looks a little bit dated in some areas, but our room had been renovated on the inside and we loved it. Super comfy beds with a view of the ocean (and the rocket launch sites). The pool area was huge and we loved the lazy river and the hydroslide. They have a little cart that you can use to get around the resort (it's huge) and there's also mini putt and a movie theatre (we went to a presenation by the "Rocket Guy" when we were there which was very interesting).

There's not much in the way of shops or restaurants around the immediate area, but there's plenty to do in the resort and the location is super near to the Kennedy Space Centre.

Location to the cruise port was great too far to walk w my older mother and Ubers were Quick and Reasonable! The lazy river wasn’t as big as I expected but it was fine. The pool was spacious and had plenty of chairs and towels. Towels are in your room. We arrived before check in and needed to ask for the towels. The DJ was fun. The pool was was so warm and perfect!!! We stayed until dinner time. Go to the Grille it was sooo delicious. Eat outside. Get the seafood or the burger (it’s massive) everyone in our party loved the food. We had breakfast at the hotel and drinks at the pool bar. All respectfully priced at hotel rates. A little high for some things but again service was rapid and everyone was so nice. I think everyone’s name was Orlando bc every guy seemed to have that badge on and they were all different people. Maybe it’s where they were from? Anyway it was short visit. It’s a long walk to the beach with older folks but they have a team that takes you there frequently. We enjoyed the clean beach. If you like shells lots to choose from! Not a lot in the marketplace store for food and most things were sold out.

Mosquito was too much

Loved that my family of five was able to be in the two bedroom suite together and we were not separated. Got to watch Space Falcons 9 take off at 2:30 am from our balcony. Great surprise and experience. The property is spread out and very nice. The beach did have tons of sea weed, but did not take away from the beautiful ocean. We walked to be Waters Edge cafe on the waterway. Great breakfast and service. Wish we had more time to stay at this property. Lots to offer. You can see cruise boats arriving and departing. Right at Port 3.

The pool area was absolutely fabulous and the location to cruise port was amazing! Loved this resort! So much to do, game room, movie theater, basketball and tennis courts and so much more. For families, you would never have to leave resort.

The walk to the beach was a little far and at night it is really dark. The room we got was musty smelling. The restaurant inside seating was closed for renovation and the lounge was closed both nights of our stay. And I thought I paid for breakfast with my stay but the voucher they gave was only for the meal, you still had to pay for drinks and taxes and a gratuity. But the resort itself is amazing overall.

We chose this HI for the location, and it proved to be a good choice. Traveling to our ship terminal was very convenient. We checked that route the day before and that was very helpful.

The onsite restaurant being closed for seating was an inconvenience but wasn't anything to be upset about. In our room we found one wall outlet wasn't working. Nothing the INN can do about this but, driving to and from the property was like driving through a maze.

The location is simply amazing! My family amd I felt and saw 2 rocket launches within 4 days. AJ and the event staff is very friendly.

The room was not cleaned properly, the floor was dirty and greasy and the bathrooms had a lot of flies. There is a strong push for people to buy the brand's timeshare. At times, it felt overwhelming saying no to their sales pitch.

Pool, parking, lobby. Had issue with tour and manager compensated us.

They pushed us and others for taking tour. Lied on how long tour would take.. Put a huge damper on our vacation. Shocked on how they could misform you, especially senior's. Complaining to manager on duty, I was compensated $50. Wish I had his name to enter.
