The best part of this resort are the common areas. The many cabanas, tables and chairs, bbq grills with tools available, the many eclectic art pieces and installations make this a truly fun and relaxing destination. Located directly on the beach behind the dunes, we had easy access to a part of the beach that seemed to be private to just us. We are located down the way from the main activity areas so we could easily go to where the action is, if we wanted to. The local city bus stop is just yards away and for 75 cents we took the ride all the way to the cruise port to have some brunch at Grills while watching the activity in the port. We also saw a night launch the night that we arrived and a mid-morning launch two days later. Our room, number 8, a two bedroom/one bath unit was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped.

Our only concern, which echoes what others have stated in their reviews, was the noise of the air conditioning system. Even though it was a 'central air' system rather than window unites, the droning of the system was VERY noticeable. The water pressure in the shower was a bit on the low side, but the water was hot very quickly.

I really liked the whole experience- from booking the stay, receiving updates from location, checking in, and the easy check out process. The location was beach front and the grounds were just beautiful. The amenities on site included hammocks, chairs, picnic tables and grills. There was nothing that I needed, everything was provided and much more.

Parking was limited but there was enough for everyone...

We arrived at the property in the evening so it was dark but still very easy to find and a pretty straight road from the airport, on awaking in the morning we were breathtaking by the view…. We were literally on the beach out living room and one of the bedrooms had an un spoiled view of such a dramatic sunrise. Our room at the property has two large bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a living room and kitchen and great laundry facilities. The location was a short distance which can be walking into central cocoa beach and a short drive to Kennedy space centre. Couldn’t recommend enough and will definitely be returning to watch a rocket launch in the next few months if we can get in of course

There was nothing to dislike, it’s not a modern 5 star hotel but a retro style clean beach front condo style property so if your looking for a Hilton skyline (which we spend so much time in while travelling with work) then go further down the beach but this property is the beach

We really liked the outdoor space. Multiple patio chairs and tables were nice to enjoy our meals. We used the hummock space to relax and read. We played pingpong and chess game. We appreciate that they had beach chairs, sand toys and bodyboards that everyone can use at the beach. The direct beach access was perfect. We saw a gorgeous sunrise from the guest house.

The tons of tiny ants were on the kitchen countertop when we first arrived. Need more utilities in the kitchen. Having only 4 forks are not enough. The dishwasher didn't do a good job on cleaning dishes. Need nicer pillows. They were cheap uncomfortable pillows.

The location was quiet and gorgeous, staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds were immaculate, and the decor was so tasteful and calming it left nothing to be desired. We especially enjoyed the immense natural quarts stones that were positioned around the property, at night they were illuminated by LED lighting, and it was memorizing. The room decor was just as tasteful and well arranged. The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable. Looking out of our picture window surveying the dunes, beach and Ocean while having coffee was tranquil. Thank you all for a great stay, we will be back soon!!

We had a relaxing stay here right on the beach. The grounds were very peaceful and we enjoyed the sun loungers and hammocks. There were outdoor games for the kids and they provided items to take to the beach. Rooms were clean. 15mins walk to a couple of restaurants.

There are no options for breakfast onsite or within walking distance, so stock up beforehand, or drive out to the store in the morning.

The location is superb, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, and the staff very friendly. Access to the beach leaves nothing to be desired and the backyard is very cosy.

The internet connection only functioned on the front porch, not inside the apartment. There was a rather strong musty odor in the apartment and some hard surfaces such as fan blades and some lamp switches were dusty or greasy.

The perfect setting for a leisurely family vacation! Having the private beach area made the price worthwhile. My family especially loved the unique grounds…foliage, wildlife, and our own little patio where we spent many hours!

The location is perfect, with the beach at the edge of the garden, the houses are super cute, and the owner is so kind and adorable! All accommodations are very close (supermarkets, gas, pharmacy). KSC at 35 min by car. Ideal place to stay for visiting. We recommend 100%!
