The staff were so helpful and really excited to help me and advise me on ways to enjoy the area, the local beaches, and restaurants. The lady at the front desk also gave me some tips on navigating traffic in the area, which I found super helpful during my stay. The beach is so close. The two entrances were convenient for how frequently I had to load and unload my car. Everything was very clean, and I was pleasantly surprised to see my room tidied up on my second day without any of my belongings moved or disturbed. Very professional. Breakfast was continental and convenient. The bed and pillows were super comfortable!

There is a very active train track nearby (Like a few blocks away), which sounds its horn while traveling through due to the pedestrian population/downtown area, I'm assuming. If you're a light sleeper, bring some earplugs or sound machine. I grew up around trains, so it did not bother me, but it may bother others.

The hallway ceiling needs some repairs, the dehumidifier in the hallway was very loud in some nights, the shower was very hard to switch to the showerhead without ripping the whole faucet off, the smoke detector flashed incredibly bright at night (like getting a flash photo taken), the train nearby can be quite loud and annoying

We had an excellent stay in Melbourne and it all started with the lovely and helpful staff. We were warmly welcomed and they let us know about the upcoming space launches and where to best view them from outside the hotel. The beds are brand new and oh so comfortable. It was quiet and easy to sleep. The breakfast was pretty generous for a hotel and Kim made sure everything was restocked and available for everyone so you don't have to feel like it's a hurry or a competition, there is plenty for everyone. The room was clean and I felt comfortable doing yoga on the cushioned carpet. We met people from at least seven different countries while we were there. Its less than 10 minutes from MLB and there is even a bus route you can use if you want. If you cross the street behind the hotel, you can access a spot to view the Indian River and the sunrise, it was very grounding to be able to connect with nature for a moment in the morning. All of Kim's restaurant and yber eats recommendedations were on point and pleased my family. The beaches in Melbourne are very spacious and relaxed. I would absolutely return to this hotel and stay again. I recommended a visit to Erna Nixon Park if you enjoy native plants and birds.

We loved everything. There is a slightly noticeable issue with the humidity balance in the room like many tropical places but a dehumidifier is in the room and running 24-7, everything is well managed.

The staff were amazing. Went above and beyond to help my daughters sun burn. Breakfast was a nice touch. The room was a great size and the beds were super comfortable. The rooms were clean and fresh with coffee making facilities.

The only thing letting it down,it was near a busy road and train crossing which had a train every hour and half which blew its whistle no matter what time of night. This could be heard in our room as well as the boy racer motorbike riders

Thank you for staying at this hotel. It was a very enjoyable experience. Besides the friendliness of the staff, the comfort and cleanliness of the environment are particularly memorable. The facilities in the room are very complete. For two days, I originally wanted to go out after taking a shower in the bathroom, but it was so comfortable to lie on the bed after taking a shower. I was completely fascinated by the comfortable environment, and I was so comfortable that I almost didn't want to go out. In addition, the breakfast provided by the hotel is very suitable. It is delicious and contains different types. Not far from the hotel is the famous attraction Downtown Melbourne, where eating, drinking and having fun are also very convenient. One of my biggest reason for staying this hotel was to participate in the Publix Florida Marathon. The hotel is only about 1 kilometer away from the starting point of the race, which is very convenient. Being able to stay in this comfortable hotel will greatly help improving the performance of the race.

No it is too perfect. I was so comfortable that I almost didn't want to go out.

It meets expectations. Comfy bed, fridge, good location close to airport, decent parking. It's basic - but a decent night sleep if you want to be near the airport on first or last day of your holiday. Nothing more, nothing less. Good choice of tv channels, better than you get in many higher priced hotels (list attached)

Grab-and-go breakfast is a token effort to try and offer something extra to guests which doesn't really deliver anything worthwhile - apart from maybe a coffee.

Kim and Jenny (Managers) who dealt with anything were excellent. It was perfect for what I required and very local which is the reason I chose it along with the excellent online reviews which were all spot on.

The only issue I had was that there was no safe in the room which meant carrying the things I regarded as important had to be taken everywhere with me (non driver) in my shoulder bag.

Cleanliness and comfort.

The self service breakfast was great, a good selection of food, I would like to give a special thank you to the staff, in particular, Minesh, Jenny, Kim and Jason, who were very professional and extremely helpful.

The Hotel really needs more washing and drying machines in the laundry, there is only one washer and dryer.

Jenny, the evening clerk was warm and friendly. I was really pleased with the new design that adds security to guests. Instead of the rooms opening out to the parking area, you must have your room key to enter a lobby and then proceed to your room. My room was clean, the right temperature, and comfortable! Breakfast is offered starting at 6:30 am. I missed it as I slept in! I definitely recommend this Super 8 for a short or long stay. 😊
