A wonderful B&B. Wonderful and attentive staff taking care of your every need. A special breakfast everyday - A super surprise every morning. Very close to the beach. While on a busy corner was quiet and relaxing.

The grounds were so charming, the room was clean, smelled great, the bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was delicious and they always had 2 options. Very accommodating staff. Spa by the room is amazing, loved that it was not extremely chlorinated. The B&B was very private. I loved the fire in the evening, the happy hour offerings.

The internet in our room sometimes was breaking up, but for relaxing time it’s just what you need- put the phone away.

The property is beautiful, with lovely gardens, as pictured. Our room was spacious, with a raised ceiling that made it feel even larger and the porch allowed us to enjoy the environs outside with ease. There are many restaurants nearby.

The breakfasts are delicious! Everyone on the staff is so welcoming, kind, friendly and helpful. The landscaping / gardening is amazing. The social hour is so lovely and the available towels and snacks near the small pool are so helpful. The entire property is so well decorated and cared for, it's truly a wonderful and peaceful to visit. The baked-on-site cookies are the best cookies I have ever had in my life. The beach is beautiful and they have a beach supplies closet that includes beach chairs. Find out when you visit about rip tide / undertow currents in order to swim safely as there is not always a lifeguard on the beach.

Everything is just wonderful. It's too bad the corner / road where the inn is located is somewhat busy, but it's such a great place to stay that you barely notice it.

If I could give 10 stars I would ! One of the only options has make me say this from all my trips ! Only one word can describe this B&B, … EXCELLENCE!!… The maintenance is amazing … the details on the patio, jacuzzi, the bedrooms , balconies … extremely beautiful… it’s like getting in a little bubble or world . The staff super nice and friendly…. The breakfast is amazing … the cookies and amenities they give you with no extra charge!… snacks , happy hour , amazing breakfast … Sierra is an amazing waitress and we definitely want to come back to this piece of heaven on earth !!! AMAZING!!

Beautiful architecture, decorated with love to the detail, very warm welcome, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, a perfect room. Lovely garden with a perfect hot pool. And small home-made delicacies every day on the bed. Not to forget complimentary water, small snacks by the pool and beer and wine in the afternoon. More like staying with very good friends than at a b&b!

The estate is separated from the beach by a rather busy road. But no noise in room and garden. The water pressure in the shower could be increased.

The whole complex is an oasis of relaxation. Fountains, pool and hot tub all had a pleasant splashing sound to drown out the noise of the world. The breakfasts were great, served until 10:30, and brought to you on your porch. There were awesome homemade cookies and other snacks whenever you wanted them. The room was nicely appointed, the bed was very comfortable and the bathtub big enough for two. Everything about the place was restful.

The beach and a nice pizza place is just across the street, but the traffic between the resort and the beach is very heavy with no marked crossing.

We loved everything about our stay! The property itself was marvelous and sits right next to Melbourne beach, so it’s very convenient to access the beach at any time of the day. Our room, The Windward Suite, was very beautiful, spacious and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable and we had a very restful sleep. Breakfast was also amazing and freshly prepared for us. Really, we couldn’t fault this place even if we try! Thank you once again to Jason and Scotty who made sure we had everything we need throughout our stay.
